'Sisters Of The South' centres on the lives of several strong-willed women and their families in a close-knit Southern town. The story follows Beth, Natalie, Emily and Martie as they navigate relationships, family bonds and the challenges of small-town life. At it's core, the musical explores themes of resilience, loyalty, love and the enduring bonds of sisterhood. Scenes unfold between the diner, family homes and the military camp, showcasing both the highs and the lows of their lives. The musical ultimately paints a warm picture of family, friendship and the strength found in Southern roots, underscored by iconic country music hits that resonate with the story's themes. The Shortlands Choirs (Shortlands Community Choir and Shortlands Youth Choir) celebrate their 10th anniversary with songs inspired by the elements. Joined by the Highfield Chamber Choir and Chamberettes, the choirs will take you on a journey by land, sea and air to the dramatic landscapes of Newfoundland, the Scottish Highlands and the plains of Africa. The elements are also used in songs as metaphors for indecision, pain, longing and freedom. The show is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years. No babes in arms.

A concert featuring Langley Park Community Choir as they perform an inspiring set of popular and light classics. This will be held in Room 609 at Langley Park School for Boys, with refreshments provided after the concert.

LPSB presents a Concert live on the Bandstand. Featuring instrumental and vocal groups, including Dance Band, Rock Band, Breakfast Barbershop and Cantabile, amongst many outstanding ensembles. Licensed bar and BBQ provided by the Friends of LPSB.
