Andy Irvine

14 Nov 2025 - 1 Dec 2025

Pronoter EP Musician, singer, songwriter, and Lifetime Achievement Award winner at the inaugural RTÉ Folk Awards, Andy has had an amazing musical career over the past 50 years. At the helm of legendary bands like Sweeney’s Men in the mid 60s, to the enormous success of Planxty in the 70s, and then Patrick Street, Mozaik, LAPD and recently Usher’s Island, Andy is both a world music pioneer and an icon for traditional music and musicians. Andy is one of the great Irish singers, his voice one of a handful of truly great ones that gets to the very soul of Ireland. He has been hailed as “a tradition in himself”. Musician, singer, songwriter, Andy has maintained his highly individual performing skills throughout his over 50-year career. As a soloist, Andy fills the role of the archetypal troubadour with a show and a travelling lifestyle that reflect his lifelong influence, Woody Guthrie. To quote the Irish Times, “Often copied, never equalled”, his repertoire consists of Irish traditional songs, dexterous Balkan dance tunes and a compelling cannon of his own self-penned songs.
Chris Wood

Chris Wood

21 Sept 2025 - 28 Mar 2026

Chris Wood is an uncompromising writer whose music reveals his love for the unofficial history of the English speaking people. With gentle intelligence he weaves the tradition with his own contemporary parables. A self-taught musician, composer and song writer, Chris is a lifelong autodidact whose independent streak shines through everything he does. Always direct and unafraid to speak his mind, his song writing has been praised for its surgical clarity. He cites his major influence as Anon. On stage Chris has the air of a craftsman who no longer needs to be precious about his art. Without any apparent effort he reaches deep into an enviable repertoire of songs before revealing another gem.

Nadia Reid

Nadia Reid

18 Sept 2025 - 26 Sept 2025

Nadia Reid’s Enter Now Brightness is an album of departure and questioning, a reminder that songwriting can transform pain, joy, thoughts, and anger into something new. “I’m so much better off now that it exists,” she says. “Now feels like a new time.” Moving further from her folk roots, Reid establishes a sound distinctly her own—poised and expansive. The title, drawn from a book passage, evokes light breaking through, the feeling of stepping onto a stage, of life beginning. A record of great beauty and change, Enter Now Brightness captures Reid’s evolution, blending textural pop, country-leaning folk-rock, and striking emotional depth.
Erin Rae

Erin Rae

30 Sept 2025 - 5 Oct 2025

Gifted with a unique ability to fuse musical genres and influences to craft songs that feel fresh and wholly her own, with her new album Putting On Airs, Erin Rae has thrown down a direct challenge to the stereotype of what a Southern singer should be. Both lyrically and sonically, she strikes a fiercely independent chord, proudly releasing a deeply personal record that reflects her own upbringing in Tennessee, including the prejudices and injustices that she witnessed as a child that continue to impact her life to this day. Buoying the release is Rae's reputation as an enthralling live performer, which has earned her the respect of Nashville peers and music notables alike, including Grammy Award winner John Paul White, who has signed her to his Florence, Alabama-based label Single Lock Records. Rae joins a Single Lock roster that includes Nicole Atkins, St. Paul And The Broken Bones, and White himself. Recorded in the dead of winter at The Refuge, a historic former Franciscan monastery-turned-creative space on Wisconsin's Fox River, the isolated environment created the perfect setting for Erin and her band mates to track these genre-busting songs, using the chapel and other unique spaces within the cavernous building to explore new sonic boundaries, all while continuing to showcase Erin's trademark vocals and song-serving restraint first heard on her critically-acclaimed 2015 debut album, Soon Enough.

It was then that Gwenifer began writing her own moody and often-times manic original American Primitive styled compositions and started playing shows around the UK.

Matthew Ryan Thomas Live @ The Ivy House Nunhead
Join Matthew Ryan Thomas for his first ever headline gig, in one of South East London's most loved venues, 'The Ivy House Nunhead'. Matthew Ryan Thomas's knack for kitsch indie pop and poignant songwriting creates an inviting world where the sarcastic and the earnest coexist in harmony: both merely vehicles for sharp-witted storytelling. Growing up in a small Irish village, Matthew's experience of queerness and the threat of divinity's hatred are focal points of his art, communicated through the lens of a 25-year-old reconciling himself to London's city lights. Inspired by the lyricism of Sufjan Stevens and the pop sensibility of artists like MUNA and The 1975 , fans of emotive indie pop will resonate with what Matthew Ryan Thomas has to say. Matthew will be bringing his kitschy Irish Indie-pop to life on the 18th September, bringing the audience on his journey of self acceptance. A slice of undiscovered pop perfection- BBC Introducing on Radio Ulster WITH SUPPORT FROM: ALTARA Born in Dublin and raised in the small town of Westport, Altara brings a rich blend of Irish roots and modern artistry to his music. Despite only launching at the end of last summer, Altara has already made a significant mark as an artist to watch. In March, Altara showcased his versatility as an artist with the side project - asp. Having always held a flame for EDM, it leant into Altara's love for electronica, moving his sound in a brand new direction and kicking off 2025 fully charged. Clash magazine described the sound as Merging future-pop with widescreen EDM production aspects whilst Nialler9 described Altara as the closest weve come to an Irish newcomer sounding like brat-era Charli XCX .
