Geoffrey Frank Norcott is an English comedian, writer and political commentator. He first performed in 2001 and has appeared on Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo and Question Time, and written for The Daily Telegraph, The Independent and Spiked.

Set on board the ocean liner SS American en route from New York to London, nightclub singer and evangelist Reno Sweeney has been joined by her old friend Billy Crocker - assistant to successful Wall Street banker Elisha Whitney. In order to be close to his love, American debutante Hope Harcourt, Billy takes the unused ticket of the FBIs most wanted, Snake Eyes Johnson. Hope, however, is engaged to wealthy Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. Joining this love triangle on board the luxury liner are gangster (and Public Enemy #13) Moonface Martin, disguised as a minister, with his accomplice Erma, and the recent converts of the Minister Henry T Dobson - a pair of rascally street toughs named Spit and Dippy. With the help of some elaborate disguises, and good old-fashioned blackmail, Reno and Martin join forces to help Billy in his quest to win Hopes heart.
