Not a second to spare a set of old broken headphones were cable tied to a guitar amp and out came a few cobwebs followed shortly after with a sound nobody had ever heard before. What came next was five gallons of lyrics, verse after verse, song after song Peat & Diesel was born! This transliteration was the starting point for Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux’s unique project, which, by appropriating the punk and post-punk cannon and running it through the Bossa Nova filter, reinvented the cover band genre, revealing new and brilliant talents along the way: Camille, Phoebe Killdeer, Nadeah, Mélanie Pain, and Liset Alea. The group’s first two albums, Nouvelle Vague (2004) and Bande A Part (2006) defined their unique sound with Bossa versions of New Wave Classics. Their third album NV3 (2009) featured collaborations with Depeche Mode's Martin Gore, Ian McCullouch from Echo and the Bunnymen, Terry Hall from The Specials, Barry Adamson, The Saints & Minimal Compact.

The band were originally founded by 17 year olds Ben Curry and Jack Walker in 2019. The pair originally started playing Monkeys songs together in their bedrooms before forming the lineup later that year with Tom Smart and Nathan Mabey. Ben plays guitar and keys, as well as fronting the band on vocals, imitating Alex Turner. Jack is lead guitarist of the band, their very own Jamie Cook. Tom, other wise known as 'Sheepy' is on the drums, with likeness to Matt Helders, he helps with backing vocals along with Nick O'Malley, or Nathan who plays the bass.

Armor For Sleep was founded by Ben Jorgensen in 2001 in Teaneck, New Jersey. Nash Breen and Peter James "PJ" DeCicco later joined the band after leaving fellow New Jersey band Prevent Falls. Jorgensen stated the name of the band comes from his early experiences of writing music and not being able to sleep.

Born in Nottingham to a large musical family of Irish decent, her early years were spent surrounded by music. Her father, a professional musician for over 50 years and her single biggest influence, introduced Kezia to the world of performing, writing and most importantly, the vast back catalogue of music that has shaped her individual style. Pulling influences from a wide range of genres including Folk & Irish, Country, Rock and Blues, her sound is completely unique. She performs all over the UK, as well as the world, including previous shows in Europe, Australia and America. Her individual and uncomparable style is not only evident in her original material, but laced throughout her wide repertoire of classic covers. With her impressive vocal range, energy on stage and multi-instrumental talent, she makes every song her own.

Hailing from Suffolk, Charlie Simpson has enjoyed a hugely successful 20 year music career which began when, barely a teenager, he found multi-platinum success with Busted. Due to to creative differences, Charlie left Busted in 2005 to form Fightstar, releasing post-hardcore and metal infused rock music to critical acclaim. Never afraid to take risks, he then embarked on a solo career in 2010 with two albums sitting in the UK Top 10 charts, and a number 1 album in the UK Indie Charts. After Busted reunited in 2016 for an arena conquering tour and two more albums, Charlie has now returned to his solo career with a renewed focus and passion, self-producing his own material for the first time in a purpose built recording studio.
