Josh Jones

Josh Jones

10 Sept 2025 - 5 Dec 2025

A TV favourite, and now an aspiring doctor's wife, Josh Jones is now knee deep into his 30's and nothing thrills him more than a Greggs Sausage Roll and an M&S food shop. Living a more sedate life isn't without its challenges though - he's still trying to earn his cat's respect! Josh is hitting the road with a show packed full of laughs and he's keeping it light - nothing super political, nothing controversial and it's definitely not going to change your life, but you can be sure of a fab night out filled to the brim with jokes about history, cats, his love of wrestling and much more. Please come, he'd really like to buy a new sofa.
Haze and The Tirith at The Old Cold Store, Nottingham
HAZE Despite building their reputation as a progressive rock band, Haze have always drawn on a wide variety of influences, ranging from pop, rock, folk, metal, meandering psychedelic jams to tightly structured prog epics. Formed in Sheffield in the late 1970s by brothers Chris & Paul McMahon, they established their reputation as one of the hardest working underground bands of the 80s. Despite disbanding in 1988, the band reformed ten years later and have continued to perform regularly ever since, including weekly live-streamed concerts during Lockdown. Their latest studio album, Back to the Bones, is probably their heaviest-sounding release and follows a definite back to their roots direction. It's also their fastest-selling album to date, proving that Haze's legendary reputation is richly deserved. THE TIRITH are a genuine Prog band from the 70s, who reformed in 2010 to fulfill the dream, releasing their debut album Tales from the Tower to critical acclaim in 2015. The band play an original brand of guitar-based Prog supplemented by keyboards. Their influences are very wide, centred on the songs of Tim Cox and Richard Cory, they can sound like a Prog Metal band one moment and a folk rock band the next, with many styles between and alongside. Following on from their appearance at the Nene Valley Rock Festival in Sept 2024, they will be debuting some new material at this gig alongside a few classics from their 3 previous albums.
Dom Joly: The Conspiracy Tour

Dom Joly: The Conspiracy Tour

6 Jun 2025 - 27 Jun 2025

Dom Joly has been off travelling the globe again. This time, he’s been looking into some of the strangest and weirdest conspiracy theories in existence. Now, he’s now set to embark on a rather unique theatre tour, where Dom will be providing a hilarious, fascinating, and slightly anarchic guide to the wacky world of conspiracies. Is the earth flat? Does Finland exist? Did JFK commit suicide? Are Q Anon mentally ill? Is Bill Gates using vaccines to take control of your mind? Is Denver Airport a massive panic room for the Illuminati? Are UFO’s piloted by lizards? In the spirt of fairness, Dom will also be inviting a well-known and highly respected conspiracy theorist, Dr Julian Northcote, to take the stage and defend the alternate view. Due to the extremely controversial views aired in the show, security will be at an optimum and audiences are warned that angry demonstrations are very likely – or is that just another conspiracy?!
Allo Darlin'

Allo Darlin'

7 Oct 2025 - 11 Oct 2025

Allo Darlin' were formed in 2008 after Australian Elizabeth Morris arrived in London and bought a ukulele from the Duke of Uke shop in Shoreditch. Like a whole host of Australian musicians before her, Morris had headed to London to realise her musical ambitions, a young woman with the small instrument in the big city with even bigger ideas. Once there happenstance, chance encounters and a Bruce Springsteen cover for a compilation would all conspire to create the crack squad that has endured, Morris being joined by fellow Brisbanite Bill Botting and the British duo of Michael Collins and Paul Rains. From its first line ('Will you go out with me tonight, lose it on a disco floor?'), the self-titled debut the foursome released in 2010 fizzed with the effervescent, intoxicating energy and excitement of the opportunities and experiences it offered. From frosty night buses through to fiscal inadequacy and everything in between, it was an album which presented the city as a blank canvas where everything was fair game for romanticising and celebrating, and a world where most of life's tribulations could be solved with the warm embrace of a loved one. Fresh, bright and unashamedly hopeful and idealistic, blissful exuberance ran through it like the sound of a band in love with being in a band.
