Aintree Racecourse

Home to one of the most famous horse races ever -- The Crabbie's Grand National -- Aintree also hosts five other race days and is a part of the Jockey Club. As well as racing, Aintree also hosts weddings, accommodating up to 500 guests, or civil ceremonies for up to 200 guests, plus catering for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, receptions, training and team building. Aintree is easily reached by train -- the nearest mainline station is Liverpool Lime Street, then it's a short walk to Liverpool Central to catch a train to Aintree Station, which run every 15 minutes on race days. Aintree can be reached by bus services 300, 311, 345, 350 and 351 to and from Liverpool. There is also an on-site car park.
