You'll find a traditional pub at the front and a 300-capacity live music venue at the back which regularly hosts musicians, comedians and DJs. Support comes from the beautiful voice and relatable lyrics of nora anna the honest lyrics of Stuey Moon and the stirring melodies of Chris Jones Music.

Happy Mondays Comedy is a legendary Monday, fun & friendly new material comedy club which have been bringing amazing value big name comedy stars to the Amersham Arms for nearly 20 years & is one of the longest running indie comedy nights in South East London. Spacious airy venue with bar for pre show and post drinks . You may see Stars of Live at The Apollo , BBC, Dave TV' and all the usual TV shows along with rising stars and fresh & diverse comedy all on your doorstep each week, please come join us for a great value with reasonable prices pub drinks! Comedians try out their new material and often we have big names popping in or warming up for upcoming tours or big shows , sometimes testing material for big TV recordings eg Mock The Week. Part of the joy for the audience is to see these raw unpolished gems before anyone else. Heave away, haul away! Join Frankie Heartless and the Heartless Rogues as they return to The Amersham Arms. Expect Sea Shanties, traditional folk music and pirate merriment. Dress code: Pirate garb is encouraged, but not essential. There will be a selection of pirate gear for sale.
PARTY_NO.1 - VERSAINTS, Ancilla & Smut Club
PARTY_NO.1 / independent bands, punk rock, what's not to love? Featured as a BBC Introducing artist, VERSAINTS bring a fresh take on punk straight out of Shropshire. Their debut album is pretty nuts, the drummer is scary good, they sound kind of like Nirvana ate IDLES? Anyway these kids are loud as hell and they're going somewhere... Set to release their debut album this year, London's Ancilla will be showcasing their new music at a string of performances this summer. Expect crunchy guitars, booming bass, and raw onstage energy... Nu Nu metal band Smut Club, also hailing from London, will be opening the afternoon with infectious beats and a whole lot of noise. DJ Simbo Slice will be closing with a set of punk classics and underground sounds. Amersham Arms is a pub in New Cross with a big old gig room, there's a rooftop smokers, it's a nice place to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon. If you're still reading this you should probably just buy a ticket ;)

Expect deep basslines, uplifting vocals and a spiritual atmosphere as sound system culture meets live performance in one unforgettable session. From roots selections to dubwise pressure, Ital Power will deliver their signature sound while Fae Simon brings soulful energy and powerful frequencies to the stage.
