This creator of Only An Excuse? has written for a multitude of legendary shows Including Not the Nine OClock News, Spitting Image, Kick Up the Eighties, Naked Radio, Naked Video, Scotch and Wry and Chewin the Fat . While he has also been involved in the production side of shows like City Lights, Rab C Nesbitt and Still Game. Throughouthis career, Phil has worked extensively with comedy giants like Robbie Coltrane, Gregor Fisher, Elaine C. Smith, Rikki Fulton, Tony Roper, Craig Ferguson, Gerard Kelly, Karen Dunbar and Jonathan Watson!
