Bookings now OPEN! AP Race is excited to launch more exclusive opportunities for the girls in our AP Race Community. We cannot wait to host a once in a lifetime opportunity for females aged 9-14 years olds where you get to train alongside Olympic Champion and World Record Holder, Anna Hopkin. This is our most intimate and empowering experience to date, with a maximum capacity of just 10 swimmers, exclusively available for 9-14 year old female athletes. These events are designed to create a safe space for girls to share their challenges of being a teenage female in sport and to allow you to take your self-belief to the next level. Across the experience, Anna will create a safe space for you to share your journey as she gives an insight into how she has overcome the challenges you will likely face along the way. This is the perfect chance to learn first hand from Anna how to embrace your identity both in and outside the pool; understanding and being confident within yourself and knowing how to use those strengths to push boundaries and getting the very best out of yourself. Throughout this experience, you will not only get the chance to swim alongside Anna but also attend a dedicated female health workshop. Anna will share her experiences and how she has overcome female health challenges; as well as scientific based research to help you navigate your swimming journey. Across this session, swimmers will gain an insight into Anna's resilience, self-empowerment tactics, her ability to understand her body and how being a female in sport is a super-power. This opportunity is more than just a one day experience, each swimmer who attends this event will become part of our exclusive Girl Power community receiving special keepsakes to continue the journey of empowerment and self-belief long beyond the single day experience.
