After supporting some of the UKs biggest comedy heavyweights (Paul Smith, Troy Hawke, Adam Rowe & more), Rob finally unleashes his debut tour. Youll know him as the host of Another One Podcast, a guest on Have A Word and Green Room, and from the millions whove watched him online instead of doing something productive. The Roast of The World Cup

The Roast of The World Cup

10 Jun 2026 - 10 Jun 2026

The Roast of The World Cup Blackfriars Basement is proud to present some of the greatest comedians from around the world competing for laughs, fighting for their countries honour and undoubtedly unleashing some offensive humour on the other nations. Hosted by the greatest front two since Craig Leven played with no strikers, Paddy Linton & Jack Traynor. Representing Scotland we have a midfield general who isn't afraid to leave a trailing leg in...Mark Nelson. We've heard rumours she's making her entrance on the back Wayne Gretzky, its Canadian laugh machine...Kate Hammer. We love the next act but due to him pulling on the colours of his country, England, we will definitely be booing Kai Humphries. USA USA USA USA USA...yeah thats right they are here and have the deadly on the mic Krystal Evans fighting their corner. Next up it's Qatar, wait did they actually qualify? WTF?! Anyway Tia Boyd will be taking up the battle for the homeland. More comedians to be added once the Playoffs are completed. Blackfriars Basement//Wednesday 10th June//Doors 1930

His new show, Cancelled, lands at Blackfriars, a perfectly atmospheric setting for an hour of brutally honest storytelling, razor-sharp crowd work and the kind of unfiltered confessions that have made him one of Scotland's most compelling stand-ups. It is raw, restless and very, very funny.
