A Cream Cracker Under the Settee - Doris, a widow, lives alone. Refusing to relinquish her independence, she surreptitiously cleans when her home help, Zulema, is absent. Doris reminisces about her life with its joys and sadnesses.
Allo Allo 2 The Camembert Caper by D Pibsworth, D Lovesy and S Clark
More Gallic madness. Ren and his team try to outwit the Germans and stay in one piece once again in this sequel to the hugely successful Allo Allo stage show. Adapted from the BBC TV series, this adventure sees Ren attempt to pass 50,000 francs in forged notes to General von Klinkerhoffen whilst keeping the real notes for himself by hiding them in a camembert cheese. What could possibly go wrong? But how is he going to smuggle the British airmen to safety with Herr Flick of the Gestapo hot on his tails? And how will dressing as a Can-Can dancer help? All this and more in a hilarious return to Caf Ren.
