As a mark of respect to Her Majesty The Queen and The Royal Family Wanstead Festival has been postponed. Wanstead Festival, originally planned to take place on Sunday 18 September, the day before Her Majesty’s state funeral, will now take place on Sunday 2 October. The much-loved festival will be back again on Sunday 2 October with an action-packed day of fun and entertainment for all the family. Taking place at Christchurch Green, Wanstead, from 11am-6pm, the free festival promises an exciting mix of music and performances across two main stages, and lots of family friendly attractions including: Craft Fair Hub On site catering offering a variety of food and drinks A pop-up pub Classic car display Dog competition hosted by Walkies with Una Land Train Children’s rides Sports demonstrations and displays Art Trail workshop Strolling Performers We look forward to seeing you there!
