These vessels sailed the worldwide and were the main mode of transportation across The Canadian Great Lakes up until the creation of the railways and the Trans-Canadian Highway. Today, the only one still floating, The Keewatin, sits in the restored Victorian boatyard, located at The Great Lakes Museum, Kingston, Ontario. This is the story of her travels, and how she came to be saved, restored and to become the main attraction at the museum.

LIVE ON STAGE The Malvern Big Band, formed in 2001, and this year celebrating its 25th anniversary perform a wide range of Big Band jazz, from the classic repertoire of the swing era, such as Duke Ellington, Count Basie and others, through to contemporary arrangements of Pop and Soul hits by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson and many others, as well as modern jazz pieces by masters such as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Pat Metheny and more. The band, under the musical direction of Mike Halliday, feature some of the best jazz musicians in the region, and perform regularly around Worcestershire and neighbouring counties, including an annual Christmas show at Malvern Cube.
