Cornerstone Arts Centre

Opened in 2008, Cornerstone Arts Centre is dedicated to putting on a high quality of community projects, performances and exhibitions. As well as the main area, there's also the Café Bar @ Cornerstone. Not only a place to recharge batteries, there's a gallery and craft items for sale. Cornerstone is set in a pedestrainised area and encourage walking or cycling to the venue whenever possible. There's also short-stay parking nearby: Orchard Centre car park is free for the first two hours and after 7pm and long-stay parking can be found next to Orchard Centre car park and Didcot Parkway train station. The venue is just seven minutes by foot from the station, plus there are four bus stops within walking distance.

The show encompasses everything from that period, from the clothes that were worn, to flashbacks from television history, including: TV programmes, adverts and even clips from the original bands. The Counterfeit Sixties presents a showcase of the great bands of this unforgettable time. The fantastic music of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Dave Clark Five, The Kinks and The Monkees - to name but a few - all recreated in this stunning show. The band members have performed their unique tribute shows all over the UK and abroad, and have a wide range of experience in that field. The members of the band have individually worked with notable sixties artists such as The Searchers, The Ivy League, The Fortunes, The Tremeloes and many more.
