You have another chance! Join Shuxin and learn how to make delicious dumplings on Saturday 7 June 2025 from 11am - 2:30pm. Unable to make this date? We have another in 2026. Come and spend a fun filled morning with us learning how to make delicious Chinese dumplings. You will learn to make the dumpling wrappers and then how to expertly fill and shape them. We will make both a vegetarian and a meat version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian. A light lunch is included. We will sit down and enjoy the food we have prepared in the session. Suitability: This class is suitable for any level of cook. Dietaries: This class can be made suitable for vegetarians. The sell-out event returns! Join us for a fun and creative way to make some homemade gifts for your loved ones this Christmas, on Saturday 13 December 2025 from 11am - 3pm. Come and enjoy a fun filled morning making homemade Christmas presents and decorations using some of the ingredients from our famous dehydrator called Dora. You will learn to make preserves such as chutney, kimchi, dried tomatoes in your own flavoured oil as well as Christmas decorations to infuse your home with wonderful festive smells. We will supply a selection of festive packaging to complete your creations, ready to take home and gift to your loved ones. A light lunch is included. Maria from The Edinburgh Canape Company returns with her sold-out Argentinian Cooking masterclass on Sunday 31 August from 11:30am - 2pm. Enjoy a morning learning to make Argentinian empanadas (fish and vegetable) and a selection of salsas. Empanadas are a type of baked or fried pastries with a variety of fillings. Empanadas were originally taken from European immigrants from Galicia, Spain, but later modified with local ingredients and now enjoyed all over Argentina. We will make both a vegetable and a fish version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian. A light lunch is included. Come and enjoy an exciting morning with Ruzita learning to make authentic Singaporean street food on 26 July 2025 from 11am - 3pm. Ruzita will demonstrate the proper way to make peanut satay and the condiments that accompany it. Traditionally satay is cooked on a BBQ and weather permitting we will do this. You will have a chance to learn how to make Ruzita’s famous curry puffs and a delicious traditional Laksa. Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked with the smells of BBQ going! Please note that whilst we endeavour to accommodate all dietaries in this class we will use ingredients such as shellfish, fish, sesame, soy and nuts and so may not unfortunately be suitable for you if you are allergic to these ingredients.
