You’ll receive a warm welcome from the elves before you take part in our North Pole adventure. Children will get to experience snowy scenes, ice fish with the penguins, help the polar bears improve their ice hockey skills, shoot some snowball hoops and see where Santa’s reindeer live, all before getting the chance to meet Santa himself. Event highlights:  Magical adventure: our elves have been working hard to create a theatrical experience for your little ones involving ice sport games and a reindeer stable where you can make your own reindeer food. Please note there are no real reindeers involved in the experience. Fun activities: ice fishing, snowball shootout, reindeer food making and more. Treat your furry friend to a visit to Santa Paw’s Grotto, including a special gift from Santa himself Get ready for the ulti-mutt festive event, santa paws is coming to town! Come along to our Santa Paws experience this year, take part in our festive sniff-ari, meet the big man himself and every good pup will receive a special gift from Santa. Plus, if you want the complete family experience you can include a children’s ticket and they can meet Santa along with your pup. The children’s ticket includes the full Grotto or Meet Santa experience and a toy for your child. Event highlights: Magical experience: Santa and his elves will play with, and entertain your pooch. Sniff-ari: let your pooch sniff and snuffle around our Grotto or store to find all of Santa’s festive friends. Obstacle course: try some of our dog obstacles (in grotto stores only). Join us for this festive event with breakfast for the whole family plus a fun build-a-buddy workshop and a special visit from Santa! Start the festive season with a morning full of magic, memories and a sprinkle of Christmas cheer at our Santa’s breakfast event – plus a very special hands-on activity for your little ones. Each child will get to build their very own collectable soft toy to take home, meet Santa and take part in family-friendly activities and games. You'll start with a tasty breakfast before your little ones are gifted their special toy from Santa and then encouraged by him and his elves to fluff, stuff and name their toy to take home. Please note that due to safety concerns, the build-a-buddy activity is only suitable for over 3s, Santa will provide under 3s with the same pre-made soft toy and some decorations to help them personalise their toy. Event highlights:  Build-a-buddy: each child over 3 will receive a limited edition soft toy to stuff, fluff and name. Join us in-store for our FREE holiday club for children where they will discover the magical things that happen in our gardens after dark when the sun goes down and the stars come out. Little Seedlings Holiday Club | Free For this Holiday Club workshop, our Little Seedlings will step into the magical world of gardens after dark. They’ll discover how our gardens transform when the sun goes down, from the creatures that wake up at night, to the smells and sounds we can notice with our senses. Children will learn all about the moon and stars, and explore the amazing skills of nocturnal animals. They’ll also get creative with hands-on activities including a night-time senses game, a moon phase cookie challenge, and a garden night craft. Please note: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Times for the holiday club vary by store. Please select your local store to see availability. Children will discover how birds survive in winter, which foods give them the most energy, and why some foods should be avoided. They’ll also explore different types of bird feeders and learn simple ways to make gardens more bird-friendly in winter. The workshop includes an interactive sorting game where children decide which foods are safe for birds, as well as a hands-on activity to make their very own fat ball bird feeder.
