Fat Dog

Fat Dog

1 Nov 2025 - 1 Nov 2025

Fat Dog’s particular brand of chaos seems a fine antidote to the remains of pent-up lockdown frustration. The collective scream has found a mouth; the potential energy has been activated. Joe’s singing, his words slurred and distorted in the time-honoured tradition of delta bluesmen, melds to Jazz’s wordless vocals, high and keening like some punk banshee princess, equal parts Grace Slick and Yoko Ono.
The Ultimate Stone Roses

The Ultimate Stone Roses

21 Jun 2025 - 6 Jun 2026

The Ultimate Stone Roses are the only tribute to the Roses to hail from Manchester. Each member is a die hard fan of the original band who has dedicated themselves to mastering the music of their heroes. Playing songs from the seminal first album, the second coming and early fan favourites like 'Sally Cinnamon' and 'Mersey Paradise', the Ultimate Stone Roses give their audiences the most authentic Stone Roses experience possible.
Welly

Welly

2 Oct 2025 - 15 Oct 2025

Welly is an extraordinary character with a remarkable literary way of describing himself, his band and society. A square peg in the round hole of suburban life, Welly embraced his difference from an early age and went onto channel his observations on suburbia into songs. Whip-smart, playful, funny and terrifyingly smart pop songs to be precise. He then set about finding the perfect vehicle to pedal his wares and so formed a band and delivered a debut album bursting with democratised pop music for people that feel fun in the charts stopped at Love Machine by Girls Aloud.
BC Camplight

BC Camplight

BC Camplight is an England-based American songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His 2005 album Hide, Run Away was released by One Little Indian and featured Cynthia G. Mason on vocals. Camplight's follow-up, Blink of a Nihilist, was released in 2007, and his third album came out in January 2015 on Bella Union.
Will Varley

Will Varley

29 Sept 2025 - 7 Dec 2025

Singer-songwriter Will Varley has come a long way since his early days haunting the open mics of South London and busking around on The Underground. Over the past few years, Will has toured relentlessly across Europe and America as a support act for Billy Bragg, Frank Turner, Valerie June, and The Proclaimers and he's sold out his own headline shows in cities as far afield as Berlin, Zurich, Amsterdam and Vienna. High praise from the likes of Tim Minchin and Simon Nicol of Fairport Convention have helped fan the flames, as his audience continues to grow both on the road and online.

Chastity Belt

Chastity Belt

3 Sept 2025 - 3 Sept 2025

In their decade-plus together, the four-piece-Shapiro, Lydia Lund (guitar, vocals), Gretchen Grimm (drums, vocals), and Annie Truscott (bass, vocals)-have created a resonant body of work. The early days of “Nip Slip” and “Pussy Weed Beer” (hits from their iconic debut full-length No Regerts, which recently celebrated 10 years) and the “Cool Slut” era of 2015’s Time To Go Home were raucous bonanzas of dry wit and self-evident feminism. A newfound gravity on 2017’s I Used to Spend So Much Time Alone shifted the lyrical mood toward introspection as they continued to refine their trademark sound: lush intertwining guitars, meticulous rhythms, a careful balance of melancholy and optimism. Two years later, the dreamy Chastity Belt marked a renewal of vows to their musicianship and friendship, each member coming into their own as artists, convening with a fresh perspective on collaboration. Live Laugh Love is a natural continuation which finds the members in their prime as musicians. Their parts trace intricate patterns over one another, but there’s room to breathe between the layers. Everyone contributes to the writing, sometimes switching instruments, and for the first time, all four members sing a song. “We have such a strong sense of each other’s musical inclinations” says Lund. “I think this allows for a lot of playfulness...we can kinda surprise each other, like a good punchline would.” Living, laughing, loving... maybe it really is that simple. Hank + Catcher

Hank + Catcher

13 Jun 2025 - 13 Jun 2025

Hank are a London band channeling the city’s contradictions - chaos, beauty, intimacy and alienation. Known for their unpredictable live shows, built around a rotating cast of collaborators, they’ve built a following across the city’s DIY and festival circuits. Backed by praise from Clash, So Young Magazine, and BBC6Music and Introducing, Hank’s sound has drawn comparisons to the noise-soaked euphoria of My Bloody Valentine and the restless dynamism of Beck. Hank’s live shows, have become essential viewing, marked by their ability to connect deeply with their audience while still keeping them guessing. Joining Hank on this cross country co-headline dash are Brooklyn’s Catcher. A band whom since 2021 have garnered a growing international fan base with their captivating and visceral live performances. The 5 piece quickly established a reputation as ‘NYC’s hottest guitar wielding prospects’ as mentioned in The NME 100: Essential Emerging Artists and were included in The Austin Chronicle’s ‘Best Music We Saw at SXSW’ list in 2022. Tunng

Tunng

21 Nov 2025 - 21 Nov 2025

Time flies when you’re being Tunng. Can it really be over two decades since the band’s genre-blurring, self-styled ‘pagan folktronica’ first emerged from an east London studio courtesy of a clutch of Gilles Peterson-endorsed singles on the small but perfectly formed Static Caravan imprint? It surely can, and what’s more, January 2025 will mark the twentieth anniversary of This is Tunng... Mother’s Daughter and Other Songs, a debut longplayer whose acoustic guitars and poetic disquisitions on nature, mythology and the human condition, courtesy of Sam Genders, sieved through fellow band founder Mike Lindsay’s lattice of fractured beats and crackling electronics, still sounds like an impiously postmodern wedding of the rustic and the synthetic, the arcane and the futurist - one for which the designation ‘pagan folktronica’ is as good a shorthand as any. Ashley Beedle Fundraiser Gig

28 Jun 2025 - 28 Jun 2025

Line up: Live Charlie Don't Surf, Harmony Bo. DJs: DJ MARK, Jo Wallace (Ramrock Hifi) This fabulous line-up comes together to raise funds in support of legendary DJ, producer and Black Science Orchestra member, Ashley Beedle. Having previously battled Stage 4 prostate cancer, Ashley was dealt a devastating blow when he suffered a brain bleed and seizure due to the rupture of a brain mass. A major stroke followed which robbed him of his power of speech and led to a loss of movement in his leg and arm on one side. Despite enormous challenges, Ashley has proved himself to be a fighter, surmounting all odds with an incredible sense of humour and determination. Currently in a Margate nursing home, and thanks to extraordinary care and support from the NHS, and his hugely spirited and loving partner, the iconic DJ Jo Wallace (Ramrock Hi-Fi), Ashley has regained a good amount of speech. But a lot more work is required to improve his mobility. Money raised from this event will go towards adapting a more comfortable new home environment and continued daily physio. Ashley’s recovery so far allowed him to be part of the recent Black Science Orchestra remix of Primal Scream’s 'Love Insurrection'. Further recovery and funding support will allow Ashley to continue making great music. Presented by Charlie Don't Surf This is a 16+ event

The Bug Club

The Bug Club

25 Jul 2025 - 19 Dec 2025

The Bug Club's name does a good job of introducing the band and their music: a tight-knit, collaborative effort focussed on telling tales of the everyday that we often take for granted, shot through with humour and riffs-a-plenty. Comprising the creative trio of Sam Willmett (guitar/vocals), Tilly Harris (bass/vocals) & Dan Matthew (drums), The Bug Club formed in 2016 in the little-known rock n' roll hotbed that is Caldicot, Monmouthshire. The band were signed by Bingo Records in Autumn 2020, and released their first single 'We Don't Need Room For Lovin'' in Feb 2021. EPs Launching Moondream One and Pure Particles followed, along with standalone releases Intelectuals and Two Beauties. Initially championed by BBC 6 Music's Marc Riley, along with Adam Walton and Huw Stephens on Radio Cymru, The Bug Club have since earned the support of DJs, fellow artists and press worldwide. Sold-out tours across the UK and in Europe paved the way for a 2023 which will see the band play further afield to an ever-growing loyal fanbase, who can look forward to a number of new releases from the trio this year. Jah Wobble

Jah Wobble

2 Oct 2025 - 12 Nov 2025

Over the past three decades or so, Jah Wobble has ploughed his own furrow as a prolific solo artist, as well as becoming a well-respected session musician, with genuine passion for Eastern and Global music. He has worked with a diverse range of musicians, including Baaba Maal, Bjork, Primal Scream, Brian Eno, Sinead O'Connor, Julianne Regan, Delores O'Riordan, Holgat Czukay, The Edge and Chaka Demus & Pliers. The man born John Wardle began his musical journey when he met John Lydon and Sid Vicious at Kingsway College, London in 1973. It was Vicious who not only nicknamed John 'Jah Wobble' after a drunken binge but also loaned him his first bass guitar. Lydon asked JW to join Public Image Limited (aka PiL) in spring 1978. Wardle's distinctive 'low end' bass became the backbone of PiL's pioneering sound. After its follow-up, the exploratory yet sinister soundscapes of Metal Box, Wardle became disillusioned by politics within the band and their reluctance to play live. He eventually split from PiL in mid-1980 and embarked on a prolific solo career. Wobble is joined on stage by drummer Marc Layton-Bennett and Martin Chung.
