For her latest album, Undercover, the Greenville, Mississippi, native setup shop at Brooklyn's legendary Daptone Studios. Conjured up with trusted collaborator and producer Johnny Sangster, Undercover is a deep Southern roux, combining simple elements of folk, blues, and jazz into a complex and flavorful brew of truth-imbued Americana.

Angry Boater live in Hemel Hempstead

Angry Boater live in Hemel Hempstead

21 Aug 2025 - 21 Aug 2025

As seen on Channel 4s Narrow Escapes, Joel Sanders left behind a successful stand-up career in Las Vegas to live out his dream on a narrowboat. What followed was a hilariously unpredictable journey through the UKs waterways and through life. Angry Boater is a smart, sharp and totally original evening of stand-up, storytelling and brutally honest reflections on chasing dreams, letting go of everything you know and floating into the unknown. Deep comedy from shallow waters.
