The Sensational Alex Harvey Experience
Since forming in 2013 as a Sensational tribute to one of Scotland's finest, one-of-a-kind rock sons and his band, the Sensational Alex Harvey Experience (SAHE) have grown to become one of the most respected tribute bands on the circuit. Further, and with no little honour, they are "the best SAHB tribute band out there" as confirmed by Zal Cleminson. That they also have the nod from kin of the late, great and sadly missed Alex Harvey (My dad would have approved" -Alex Harvey Jr.) is another pointer to the combined talents of vocalist Andy Massie, keyboardist David Cowan, guitarist Brian Cartwright, bass player Nelson McFarlane and drummer Chris Killen. (David and Nelson also recorded and toured as members of Zal Cleminson's /Sin Dogs/ and David was also a member of Chris Glen's The Outfit). All band members are first and foremost SAHB fans who wish to keep the music alive (whilst developing it for a modern audience), and are committed to delivering live shows which include dynamic performances and theatricality associated with SAHB.

Lande Hekt

Lande Hekt

5 Apr 2026 - 23 Apr 2026

Lande Hekt’s natural state of being is in the writing of a song. Having crafted politically aware, heart-on-sleeve, punchy yet tender, punk-flecked songs with her band Muncie Girls, Lande turned her hand to an even more personal songwriting approach as she embarked on writing a solo record - 2021’s ‘Going to Hell’. The debut full-length documented her experience coming out as gay. It set out her stall as a solo artist with supreme storytelling abilities and a knack for understatedly luminous melodies. Lande’s music sits beautifully alongside such essential artists as The Wedding Present, The Sundays, The Replacements, Sleeper and Sharon Van Etten With her debut album barely a year old, 2022 sees Lande armed with a whole new collection of song-form vignettes and musings on her life and experiences. Kicking off where the last record left off, the opening track of new album ‘House Without a View’ is ‘Half With You’ which “is about growing into yourself as a queer person, and enjoying who you are after not enjoying it for so long,” says Lande. ‘Cut My Hair’ is about how her relationship with her gender has changed over the last few years, becoming more comfortable in herself and understanding more about what makes her happy. “It’s also about how easy it is to not talk to people when you’re struggling, which is something I did for a long time,” admits Lande.

Chantel McGregor

Chantel McGregor

4 Apr 2026 - 10 Dec 2026

The Blues came calling first, but rock was always waiting around the corner. Well it would be, wouldn’t it? Coming from the deep south, it was inevitable, but living in the deep south of a major Yorkshire City, there’s a gritty hard edge to life! A female guitar prodigy, Chantel was told by a major label that she had a "great voice, but girls don't play guitar like that!" Wisely ignoring their comments, she enrolled at the Leeds College of Music and became the first student in the college’s history, to achieve a 100% pass mark at BTEC, with 18 distinctions. Chantel then pursued further education and left with a First Class Honours degree in Popular Music and a coveted prize, the college’s musician of the year award. Chantel released her highly anticipated second album, Lose Control, in October 2015 on her independent boutique label Tis Rock Music, this being the follow up to her critically acclaimed 2011 debut album, Like No Other.
