Pat and Danny are two Celtic supporting childhood pals now in their early seventies, older men who view life through a green and white prism. They live in the past, they resent everyone under thirty and manage to find negatives in everything their team achieves. They are what's disparagingly known as Celtic Da's. A recent health scare results in Pat experiencing a lapse in his football lifetime spent as a Celtic fan. A confused Danny cannot understand his pal's sudden mood swing and gradually their long-standing match day routine becomes the backdrop to a darkly comedic discourse where they both come to question their Celtic-mindedness, their politics, their hopes, dreams, fears, values and above all else, their evolution from young and gallus into Celtic Da's.

A Celtic State of Mind & Celtic World Order are delighted to host an evening with one of Martin O'Neill's treble-winning heroes - DIDIER AGATHE - at Grace's in Glasgow on 1st August 2026. Didier will join ACSOM & CWO on stage to discuss his career highs and lows. The audience will also get the opportunity to ask the Seville Bhoy questions of their own. Didier Agathe was an inspired piece of business by Martin O'Neill. Following his low-key switch from Hibs, the Frenchman went on to play a pivotal role in Celtic's run to the UEFA Cup final in 2003. A Celtic State of Mind is delighted to host an evening with one of the men who stopped 'The Ten' - HARALD BRATTBAKK - at Grace's in Glasgow on 29th August 2026. Harald will join Paul John Dykes on stage to discuss his time at Celtic Park. The audience will also get the opportunity to ask the Norwegian striker questions of their own. Harald Brattbakk wrote his name into Celtic folklore back in 1998 when he scored our second goal against St Johnstone to clinch the title and 'Stop The Ten'. A Celtic State of Mind is delighted to host an evening with MICK McCARTHY at Grace's in Glasgow on 16th October 2026. Mick will join Paul John Dykes on stage to discuss his lengthy career as a player and manager. The audience will also get the opportunity to ask the popular defender questions of their own. As part of Celtic's Centenary double-winning side, Mick wrote himself into club folklore. He went on to manage Ireland across two different spells, including the 2002 World Cup finals, which was recently dramatised in the movie 'Saipan'.
