West Lothian Pride

West Lothian Pride

25 Jul 2026 - 25 Jul 2026

West Lothian Pride takes place on Saturday the 26th July 2025. West Lothian Pride was founded in 2015 by a group of the Glitter Cannons and local LGBTQI+ individuals who recognised the need for a Pride event in their community. The first event was held in July 2015 at Howden Park Centre in Livingston. It was a huge success and sparked the start of an annual tradition. In 2016 the event moved to a larger venue, the West Lothian College, and saw even more attendees and support from local businesses and organisations. Each year, the event continues to grow and evolve, with a diverse range of performers, speakers, and activities. We can’t wait to see you there as we celebrate 10 amazing years of West Lothian Pride. For a milestone celebration marking the 10th anniversary of West Lothian Pride, a vibrant, free, and inclusive event dedicated to supporting and uplifting the LGBTQI+ community and their allies in Livingston and beyond. Parade Assembly Time: 11:30 & starts @ 12:00. Join us as we march with pride through West Lothian, celebrating diversity, inclusion, and love. Whether you're walking, dancing, waving a flag, or cheering from the sidelines, you're part of the movement. Route: Depart from the car park of the Scottish Institute of Theatre, Dance, Film & Television. Turn right, then left onto Almondvale Way. Continue right along Almondvale Way and cross the college roundabout. Join Almondvale Boulevard and proceed to Howden South Road, turning left. Follow Howden South Road to its end, then turn left onto the B7015. Take the next left onto Howden East Road. Then another left onto Toronto Avenue. Finish point: Howden Park Centre, the heart of our Pride Village. Once at the Howden Park Centre transforms into the Pride Village. Open from 13:00-20:00, you’ll enjoy an exciting lineup of live entertainment. Whether you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community or a proud ally, West Lothian Pride is for everyone who believes in celebrating love in all its forms. Come show your support, connect with the community, and enjoy a fantastic day of pride and positivity. Live music and performances, including drag acts and local singers.
