Mark Chadwick is an English singer, songwriter and musician, best known as the co-founding frontman and lyricist of the British band Levellers, who were once considered the most popular Indie band in Britain. The band saw their popularity culminate in their record breaking headlining act at Glastonbury Festival in 1994 when they played to a crowd of over 300,000. Besides his work with Levellers, Chadwick has also enjoyed a successful solo career.

Seamus Heaney described his friend, the poet Michael Longley, as: 'a keeper of the artistic estate, a custodian of griefs and wonders'. On this very special tour, Duke Special will be performing songs and music based on the poetry of this influential and renowned Belfast writer. Longley's poems are full of gentleness, honesty, mischief and love and are peppered with a cast of artists, animals, flowers, friends and long forgotten soldiers. Brian sadly is no longer able to make it from his home in the Philippines, due to flights and we are all very sad about this but we have decided to continue with the later line up of The Bushburys featuring Eddy Morton, Mickey Barker, Buzby Bywater, Gerry Smith and Lucy Hill in order to bring you the same fun afternoon of great songs and memories. The show will still feature some old favourites such as Colours, London Road, Thats the Way of the World and Faith Healer and we sincerely hope that you will still come along and support the day, if only to see if Eddy can still do that jump .. It will be a standing, dancing sort of day but if you would prefer to sit down we can most definitely accommodate you, so no need to worry. The New Bushbury Mountain daredevils line up will now be appearing here in September 2027 when all line ups and special guests will feature in a celebration of 35 years of the Bushburys and we cannot wait for this, but, in the meantime, the show must go on! But wait there is yet more excitement, joining us on Sunday 24th May will be the wonderful Empty Can who will be performing the early set in support to get you going and we know you will love them as much as we do. His 2015 album Magnificent Creatures (★★★★★ R2 Magazine), produced by Gavin Monaghan, received outstanding reviews and helped take his music to festivals and venues across the UK and beyond. In 2019 he released Quiet (★★★★★ Northern Sky Magazine), a more stripped-back collection drawing on folk, world music and bottleneck slide guitar, which earned further critical praise. His new album Sunsets, Circles and Waves is released on 15 May 2026. Gren Bartley writes songs with the instinct of a folk artist and the detail of a craftsman. During their time together they have had the honour of Led Zeppelin's front-man Robert Plant attending three of their gigs and John Bonham's son Jason even jammed with them on stage. According to one of Kerrang's readers polls. Fred Zeppelin are among the top ten best live bands to see. Quite an achievement, as they were the only tribute band listed in any category.

'Blues Boy' Dan Owen is just twenty one, but the combination of his deep husky voice and choirboy looks are mesmerising. Described as a phenomenal talent by Mick Fleetwood, his performance earned him Young Artist of the Year at this year's British Blues Awards. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
