A unique concert in a stunning 19th-century church located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Miyazaki Dreams concert is an immersion in the fabulous atmosphere of the films of the world-famous Japanese director and Oscar winner Hayao Miyazaki. Mystery Ensemble has collected magical music from his anime and compositions inspired by his creations. The evening programme includes renowned works composed by ingenious Joe Hisaishi, including My Neighbor Totoro, the legendary movie Spirited Away, Howls Moving Castle, Laputa: Castle in the Sky and others. The programme also includes works by other composers inspired by Miyazakis artworks.

Hans Zimmer, the constant collaborator in his films and one of the greatest film composers of our time, is an Oscar winner, a two-time Golden Globe winner, and a three-time Grammy winner. Zimmer's original compositions will be reimagined for a unique ensemble of instruments, combining electronics and acoustic instruments

Max Richter is the composer of music for dozens of feature films and documentaries. The European Film Academy voted him the best film composer in 2008. He changed the music of Antonio Vivaldi in the spirit of minimalism and postmodernism. Recomposed by Max Richter: Vivaldi, The Four Seasons is one of Richters most famous works. After its release in 2012, the recording topped the iTunes Classical Music charts in over 20 countries.

The programme of the evening includes the music of the world-famous Italian neoclassical composer Ludovico Einaudi performed by the extraordinary Mystery Ensemble. Ludovico Einaudi presented the final part of the seven-volume musical project «Seven Days Walking» in the fall of 2019. Delightfully beautiful sketches of nature, moods and weather were made by him while walking through the snow-capped mountains of Switzerland. The music of the genius composer is wonderfully revealed by light projections on the vaults in the church.
