Fronted by Buster Bloodvessel (born Douglas Trendle), the band was formed in 1976 while the members were at school together, and among their early incarnations were known as Stoop Solo and the Sheet Starchers. None of the members had any formal musical training, not even the ability to play any instruments. They were popular during the late 1970s and early 1980s, a period when lots of similar ska bands filled the charts. Some of their hits include 'My Girl Lollipop', 'Lip Up Fatty', 'Special Brew' and 'Ne-Ne-Na-Na-Na-Na-Nu-Nu'. One of the main reasons for their notoriety was because of their outlandish, larger-than-life, huge-tongued & shaven-headed front man. Buster´s exploits got them banned from the British TV chart show Top of the Pops (which included dressing as Henry VIII and singing to a blow-up doll for the song 'Lorraine', pouring a large can of baked beans over his head, and dressing in a can-can dancer´s dress to promote their single 'Can-Can').

After his debut album which garnered Dan a reputation as a Blues-phenomenon, and his subsequent “Readers Choice” vote as “Best Blues Guitarist in Southern Africa”, Dan’s second album was released by EMI on the famed Blue Note label. The Kentucky-bred hard rockers in Black Stone Cherry have had their music blared from speakers large and small, toured relentlessly with the likes of Nickelback and Motörhead, and debuted at #1 on the UK rock chart with their sophomore release, 2008’s Folklore and Superstition. Taking the operatic vocal stylings of Judas Priest's Rob Halford and Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson to whole new levels, Geoff Tate was the founding vocalist and lyricist for Queensrÿche and its chief conceptualist. He is one of heavy metal's most technically accomplished singers and remains popular long after acrimoniously leaving the band and undertaking a solo career. Tate has issued two solo albums, as well as a conceptual trilogy (The Key, Resurrection, and The New Reality) between 2016 and 2017 with a band named after Queensrÿche's Operation: Mindcrime. He has also appeared live and on recordings with Avantasia.

John 5 has been one of the most in-demand guitar players on the planet. As well as a guitarist for hire, 5 has shared the stage as axe-man for Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson and Rob Halford. He has also worked with an impressive array of names, from all walks of music, including KD Lang, Rod Stewart, Dave Lee Roth, Alice Cooper, Tina Guo and Steven Adler. To call John 5 a shredder does not do him justice. There’s little he can’t put his hand to.

Magnum split in 1995, however reformed with founding members and chief-songwriters Guitarist Tony Clarkin and Vocalist Bob Catley going on to release 7 albums since, including 2014’s ‘Escape from the Shadow Garden’ which reached number 2 in the UK Rock & Metal Chart, as well as number 4 in the UK Indie Charts. The band have particularly built a following in Europe, having had commercial success in Germany & Sweden, and regularly play sold out shows touring across the continent. With the current line-up a five piece, incorporating Mark Stanway on Keyboards, Bassist Al Barrow and Drummer Harry James, the band are now set to bring their own brand of Hard-Rock to the UK.

Hayseed Dixie began in the summer of 2000 in the fertile valley of Deer Lick Holler, deep in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee USA. In this area which was completely isolated from outside cultural and musical influence, the boys grew up playing the traditional music of their forefathers on banjo, fiddle, mandolin, acoustic guitar and acoustic bass. All of this changed abruptly one afternoon when a stranger crashed his car into a stately old oak tree on a particularly dangerous curve, which the locals refer to as the Devil's Elbow. Sadly, the stranger expired, but his legacy lives on! As the boys searched through the wreckage looking for identification, they discovered several vinyl AC/DC albums. After playing these back on an old Edison 78rpm Victrola, everyone agreed that the songs were right fine country music . . . and that the Lost Highway of Brother Hank Williams and this Highway To Hell of AC/DC were indeed the exact same damn road! And the rest is now enshrined in musical history. Most recently, Hayseed Dixie are exploring the inspired catalogue of the stadium rock of the 1970's and 1980's. This interest began during a 2014 Spring tour of Germany, in which the band heard the song Eye of the Tiger 6 different times on 6 different German radio stations in a single day while driving between Dortmund and Frankfurt. As the seed is planted, so the tree shall grow - this very quote appears on the inner sleeve of the 1980 album Escape by Journey. How very true indeed.

Faster Pussycat is an American glam metal and glam punk band from Los Angeles, California formed in 1985.

Known for their nervy, melodic indie rock, Britain's Circa Waves first gained buzz in the 2010s with hooky singles like "Get Away" and "Stuck in My Teeth."
