The List

KOKO

It opened in 1900 as the Camden Theatre, and was one of the biggest London theatres outside the West End, but after a long career as a theatre and cinema, it became a music venue, the Music Machine, in the 1970s. Many punk bands got crucial exposure here, and AC/DC's Bon Scott had a fatally good time here in 1980. In 1982 it became the Camden Palace, but then in 2004 it underwent a multi-million pound restoration (including a massive and award-winning commitment to sustainability) and morphed into KOKO. It's since been one of the top live music venues in the capital. Tube access is available from Mornington Crescent (just across the road) or Camden Town which is just over a mile away. Blue badge holders can park on the single yellow line on Crowndale Road and Bayham Street, while there are plenty bicycle racks for those travelling by pedal power.

Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy

Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy

1 Sept 2026 - 9 Sept 2026

Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy And Friends announce a 2025 U.S. tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of R.E.M.’s iconic 1985 album, Fables of the Reconstruction. After the pair’s acclaimed, sold out run honoring R.E.M.’s famed debut album Murmur, which saw the four original members of R.E.M. come together for the first time in 17 years at the tour’s Athens stop, the Fables tour will take Shannon & Narducy to nearly three times as many cities across the country, including shows in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia, and more, along with two nights in R.E.M.’s hometown of Athens, GA. Kicking off Friday, Feb. 14th at Pappy & Harriets in Pioneertown, CA, the tour will see Shannon & Narducy—alongside Jon Wurster (drums), John Stirratt (bass), Dag Juhlin (guitar), and Vijay Tellis-Nayak (keyboards)—playing Fables of the Reconstruction in full each night in addition to many other R.E.M. songs. Shannon, an actor/musician known best for his film/series/stage work, and Narducy (Bob Mould Band, Superchunk, Sunny Day Real Estate, Verböten, Split Single) have been collaborating for the last eleven years, playing entire albums by some of their favorite artists such as Neil Young, The Modern Lovers, Bob Dylan, The Smiths, and T. Rex at various Chicago clubs. In July 2023, they performed Murmur at Chicago’s Metro to a full house, with a guest appearance from R.E.M.’s own Mike Mills. Initially planned as a one-off performance to honor both the album and venue’s 40th anniversary, the show’s success inspired Shannon and Narducy to take the project on the road. “I had never done a tour before. Jason nudged me after the Murmur set in Chicago at Metro. Now it’s all I want to do,” Shannon says. “I’m happy this one is twice as long. The last one was too short. This music is beyond comprehension and I cherish every chance I get to deliver it, even second generation. R.E.M. means the world to me. And this band led by Jason is stone cold ridiculous. Even if I never walked onstage, you would get a hell of a show.” Narducy adds: “After Michael and I took the band on the road playing Murmur, we discussed possibly trying something again in 2025. It will be the 40th anniversary of Fables Of The Reconstruction so we will open with that album, in sequence. Then we will dig deep into the R.E.M. catalog to round out the performance. Each show will have unique setlists. We love celebrating the music of this great band.” Presented by DHP FAMILY. This is a 14+ event (under 16s to be accompanied by an adult)

Jutes

2 May 2026 - 6 May 2026

As a 90s baby, Jutes’ is constantly referencing and pulling inspiration from the alternative rock bands he grew up on like Nirvana, Deftones, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins & more. Never being able to put Jutes in a box has been a recurring theme from the beginning. It all started with Hip Hop and R&B while living in Toronto. Then after packing his bags and moving to LA to couch surf, Jutes signed to Capitol Records and started making Trap infused Pop Punk. After a couple years Jutes went back to being independent and released a Grunge Rock album titled “Ladybug.” The newest chapter in his story has taken on a dark and cinematic tone. Cross breeding the heaviness of nu metal/metal with an atmospheric hip hop infused indie feel. Jutes' most recent album Sleepyhead helped catapult him in the genre, lead by the title track that found itself exploding on both streaming and alternative radio. Sleepyhead was Jutes’ first ever song to chart on both Billboard and Mediabase (#23). After countless viral clips from a handful of live shows Jutes played at the end of the year the Sleepyhead album has now surpassed 100M global streams on Spotify alone while Dilworth has racked up over 50M streams on Spotify before the release date of the full album. His next album Dilworth comes out 12/3, which is also the final date of the last leg of his sold out Sleepyhead tour. In 2026, Jutes plans to make his European headline debut along with a number of North American festival dates. Presented by Live Nation 14+ (U16 must be accompanied by an adult)

Peach

Peach

5 Sept 2026 - 5 Sept 2026

Peach returns to its spiritual home on Saturday, 5th September, at KOKO London - though you'll notice we're calling it Camden in the listing. And of course, it's a Day Party - 1-9pm. In an era defined by high-tech production, constant connectivity, and camera phones, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters when we go 'out out': being present, escaping the routine of everyday life, and immersing ourselves completely in the music. This September, we invite you to step back in time and experience Peach as it was when Peach moved to Camden in 1996- raw, authentic, and entirely focused on the dancefloor. A celebration of living for the weekend, making new friends, the energy, the freedom, and a connection that defined an era. To bring that feeling back to life, we'll be stripping things right back - removing the visuals and darkening the club so it truly feels like Camden Palace once again. No overproduction, just atmosphere. That said, our laser show will be as big as ever - a nod to the moments that defined that era. Also, we're returning to our roots - the original Peach tradition when the residents carried the entire journey - and these nights were often the most unforgettable. With that spirit in mind, we're thrilled to welcome back Dave Lambert for a special Positiva label set, along with some free Positiva Records giveaways, and our much-loved resident, Pele will be back. 100% confirmed. No distractions. No phones. No cameras. No excess. Just YOU, the music and raving in the moment at a door price that equates to club entry in 1996!! Finally, budding DJ's, still looking to be noticed? We are going to be helping 5 of you to get on the ladder to stardom - more info soon. https://peachclub.co.uk/peachkoko2026/ . https://peachclub.co.uk/peachkoko2026/

Current Joys is the enigmatic solo project of 25-year-old Henderson, Nevada-born songwriter Nicholas Rattigan. In addition to his minimal two-piece band with Jacob Rubeck, Surf Curse, Rattigan has been releasing a prolific catalog of heart-wrenching no wave ballads via Bandcamp under a handful of names (including The Nicholas Project and Tele/Visions), eventually choosing Current Joys as the permanent moniker.
Koko Electronic: Acid House Palace

Koko Electronic: Acid House Palace

25 Jul 2026 - 25 Jul 2026

Before KOKO Electronic, we had the Camden Palace; a sweat-soaked temple of rebellion where acid house pulsed through the walls, and strobe lights flickered over a generation finding freedom on the dancefloor. July 25th, we pay homage to our roots, celebrating the iconic 303 acid sound & spirit of the 80s and 90s, channelling the chaos, unity, and euphoria of the Camden Palace. Very special guests join us for the occasion, including an iconic UK live act, who have pioneered acid & techno in the contemporary electronic era, as well as a bunch more acid house figureheads - all to be revealed soon.
