Sessions will include: Starting from real life Creating multi-layered characters What makes good dialogue Different approaches to structure The most promising new voices will be asked to write short pieces (no more than 10 minutes) for Red Ladder. These pieces will be directed by graduates of the Red Ladder directing course, and performed by graduates from our acting course in a final showcase. Writers may then be offered a further development opportunity, receiving mentorship and support.
