Simon Evans: Have We Met?

Simon Evans: Have We Met?

7 May 2025 - 22 Mar 2026

Completing the Trilogy begun with Genius 2.0 and The Work of the Devil, Have We Met? finds Simon standing, like Ulysses in Tennyson’s famous verse, gazing out over the moaning deep and the twinkling rocks and wondering whether to seek a newer world? To smite the sounding furrows? To strive, to seek, and to find? Or whether in fact, to put the kettle on, crack open the Hobnobs and simply yield? Drawing on Joyce, Proust and the career of Philip Schofield to make sense of his own tangled past and possible future, Evans skilfully weaves comedy, pathos and narrowly averted cancellation into an unforgettable two hours of unique entertainment.

Alfie Moore: A Face for Radio

Alfie Moore: A Face for Radio

17 May 2025 - 11 Jul 2025

Somewhere in a parallel universe little Alfie’s natural comedic performance skills were recognised by his doting parents who encouraged and developed his blossoming talent. After several years as a stage school brat Alfie’s angelic face was launched on stage and screen and the rest is history. Meanwhile, in this universe Alfie Moore was told to stop messing about in class before being ‘encouraged’ into the grinding, grimy world of an apprenticeship in the Sheffield steelworks. When recession hit he traded steel for copper by joining Humberside Police. In his 40s the two universes collided when Alfie made a bid for showbiz success – but unfortunately 30 years of shift-work and being punched in the face quite a lot, had left him with ‘a face for radio’. A face not so much ‘lived in’ as inhabited by a settlement of squatters with little regard to property maintenance and repair. This is the true story of ‘Fair Cop’ Alfie’s big plan to transition from the BBC radio waves to TV star. Could it be done? Or had Father Time decided that his time had passed?

Tania Dutel: New Show

Tania Dutel: New Show

2 May 2025 - 2 May 2025

In all transparency, I'm going to tell you about my fears, my body, and those things that should have been explained to me earlier. And then there's the squirrel story. Yes, I had to tell you. I'd rather not say too much…  A word of advice: if there's any lack of communication, don't bring your parents. This show, like its predecessors, is not recommended for children under 16. Because yes, it's going to be about sex, you know that, because even if you've never seen me on stage before, my stand-up bits have been circulating on the internets since 2016, and the clues are everywhere. Please note this show will be performed in French.

Sh!t-faced Shakespeare®: Hamlet
Comedy

Sh!t-faced Shakespeare®: Hamlet

7 Aug 2025 - 15 Nov 2025

Sh!t-faced Shakespeare® have toured the world, broken America, established themselves on London’s West End, won numerous awards, and survived a zero-star review in The Times. In 2025, they will be celebrating 15 years on the wagon with one of the Bard’s most popular tragedies: Hamlet.  Featuring a cast of professional Shakespearean actors, this unique production takes an unpredictable twist each night as one performer is chosen to be deliberately intoxicated for up to four hours before showtime. The rest of the cast must then navigate the play, improvising their way through the unpredictable chaos that springs from their inebriated colleague's booze-fuelled antics.  Filled to the brim with foul language, outrageous behaviour and sporadic urination, Shakespeare's tales have often pushed the boundaries of moral decency. Sh!t-faced Shakespeare® aims to raise a glass and smash those boundaries to pieces.  Sh!t-faced Shakespeare®️ are excited to once again drunkenly stomp all over the greatest dramatic work ever committed to page in the English language: the story of a privileged whiny lad who goes a bit bonkers and does some stabbings.

Nazeem Hussain: You Paid For This

Nazeem Hussain: You Paid For This

31 Jul 2025 - 2 Aug 2025

This is the official bio for my brand-new show You Paid for This. Not to be confused with any of the fake ones out there. I had to write this bio myself, which really threw my morning plans. I thought coming up with the title was the hard part, but writing a 150 word biography about a comedy show I haven’t performed yet is really hard. It’s called You Paid for This, and yes, I’m aware you likely haven’t actually paid yet. It’s what we call in the biz “presumptive selling”—a bold, but risky move. The show does what the title suggests, presuming you buy a ticket. I can’t promise much beyond an hour of jokes, sponsored by you. You haven’t paid yet, but we both know it’s only a matter of time. See you there! Damn it, 143 words.  Nazeem Hussain has fast become one of the biggest stars of Australian comedy and a much-loved television and radio personality.  A regular on international stages, Nazeem has performed around the globe, including sell-out seasons at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, London’s Soho Theatre, all across New Zealand, Paris, Belgium, China, Singapore, Malaysia, the US (including opening for Dave Chappelle).
