Wednesday 18th June at 7pm. Featuring leominster Morris, Passamezzo Early Dance, priory Choir and the Leominster History Society present '900 Years of Leominster and its Priory' in song, dance and stories.

"Plants, medicine and life in mediaeval England", Award-winning florist and beekeeper Janelle Quitman describes monastic gardens the fundamental importance of plants, their medicinal properties and their effect upon every day life in mediaeval England. This is accompanied by a floral workshop where participants will make herbal posies and Midsummer flower circlets.

Rob Walker will bring the Norman heritage of the area to life in his new talk based on his new book "Norman Art and Architecture in North Herefordshire"

Hereford cathedrals archivist Elizabeth Semper O'Keeffe will give a short introduction to the cathedrals Becket reliquary, which gives context to the primary is history as a place of pilgrimage

Malcom Mason curator of Leominster Museum will give a talk, entitled "The Story of Our Streets"; how Leominster has developed. He will talk about how the town has grown, and why the town is laid out in the way that it is. Come and join us on Tuesday, the 1st of July at 6 pm

Illustrated talk by Robert Walker entitled "The Restoration of the Norman Priory in the 19th century". Rob will discuss the restoration work on the Priory that was led by Gilbert Scott in the 1860's.
