'Raz' is an originals instrumental trio based in Essex. The style of music we do is a mixture of Jazz, Funk and Rock. We originally met in college and have been together for 10 years since. Members of the band include Pera Frank (Bass) George Krethlowshaw (Drums) and Dan Goldstone (Guitar). We have frequently performed in the Essex music circuit plus surrounding areas including: Colchester Arts Centre, Hot Box Chelmsford, Clacton Sea and Beach Festival, Bnatural Festival and many more. Two albums have been released during our time together and a third album is following this year GOTHANOVA Let your dark side shine as Androo Arnold - under the project name Gothanova - presents his own "Groovy Songs for Spooky Souls". Played on electric baritone guitar this is music that fuses strong rhythms to tales of memory and mortality. VIX AND THE BLEEDING HEARTS Five friends met on the local jam circuit in Colchester from all corners of the music scene, to eventually form Vix and the Bleeding Hearts. Vix's raw and compelling storytelling lyrics, groovy beats laid down by Tyler Baker (Gasoline Green), wailing guitar solos from Ian Sycamore (Hobo Chang), sexy organ riffs with Ian Fulcher (Cold Norton), and funky bass grooves by Cameron Mackie (The Mack.ie).
