The Orb virtually invented the electronic genre known as ambient house, resurrecting slower, more soulful rhythms and providing a soundtrack for early-morning ravers once the clubs closed their doors. Founded in 1988 by Alex Paterson and The KLF member Jimmy Cauty, membership of The Orb has been fluid over the years, with Paterson remaining the only constant throughout. The Orb released their fifteenth studio album, ‘No Sounds Are Out of Bounds’, in 2018 via Cooking Vinyl. These fifteen albums plus EPs, singles, compilations and live recordings have influenced countless other musicians along the way.

Coming straight out of Newport The GLC are officially Britain’s biggest rap group. Known for classics like “Guns don’t kill people rappers do”, The GLC started almost by accident around the turn of the century with Eggsy’s impromptu rap about his tracksuit over a serious piece of music Rhys was working on in the studio. Adam Hussain, Billy Webb, Mystkal, the Maggot, 2hats and Mike Balls convinced Rhys to record the rap. Fuelled by Lambrini, fags, Chicken Tikka Massala and weed they all took to the mic and The GLC’s first album “Don’t Blame the Chain” was born. And so it began, the journey which has so far seen The GLC rise to the top of the charts, perform around the world and at every major festival in the Western Hemisphere and make millions of people laugh along the way. Now many years since that first rap about Eggsy’s tracksuit, the boys are still keeping it real in the rap game and hold the title of the most successful UK rap act ever. Arctic Numpties are Yorkshire's very own tribute to the Arctic Monkeys, with roots to the very same places as the original band. The 'Numpties' give audiences the ultimate Arctic Monkeys experience, exactly replicating the Sheffield icons' sound, look, guitars and excessive use of hair gel. Covering everyone's favourites from all six albums, the Arctic Numpties are a must see tribute band for any Monkeys fan. The band were originally founded by 17 year olds Ben Curry and Jack Walker in 2019. The pair originally started playing Monkeys songs together in their bedrooms before forming the lineup later that year with Tom Smart and Nathan Mabey. Ben plays guitar and keys, as well as fronting the band on vocals, imitating Alex Turner. Jack is lead guitarist of the band, their very own Jamie Cook. Tom, other wise known as 'Sheepy' is on the drums, with likeness to Matt Helders, he helps with backing vocals along with Nick O'Malley, or Nathan who plays the bass.

Indie-rock outfit from Liverpool who hit the charts in the mid-90s with the quirky 'Female of the Species' and 'The Ballad of Tom Jones'.

The Selecter is led by their iconic frontwoman Pauline Black and co-fronted by original member Arthur ‘Gaps’ Hendrickson. They are now re-united with original drummer Charley ‘Aitch’ Bainbridge who is back in the line-up. Pauline is one of very few women in the 2-Tone scene - often referred to as "the Queen of Ska" she was awarded an OBE in the in the 2022 New Year Honours. 2-Tone was a crucial multi-racial, multi-cultural explosion borne out of Coventry and the Midlands that remade British pop from 1979 onwards.

London Calling - A tribute to the only band that mattered. Consisting of 4 guys from Bristol, London Calling put on a performance with energy and enthusiasm recreating the sound and intensity of The Clash. All the guys genuinely love the band and put their all into each show. London Calling over some 10 years have gigged all across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Bernard Butler is a Brit and Grammy Award winning musician. In 1989 he formed Suede releasing the Mercury winning debut Suede. The era-defining Dog Man Star was followed by his collaboration with David McAlmont on the anthem Yes. Two solo albums on Creation yielded a Brit nomination before producing seminal releases by The Libertines, Tricky, Black Kids, Kate Nash, James Morrison, Texas, Mark Eitzel, Paloma Faith and Duffy - spawning her Grammy and Brit Award winning debut Rockferry. He has played guitar for Pet Shop Boys, Bryan Ferry, Roy Orbison, Bert Jansch, The Libertines, Neneh Cherry, Robert Plant and Ben Watt. Butler is Patron to the Bert Jansch Foundation and Generator NE and lectures in songwriting for the Abbey Road Institute. In 2022 a collaboration with Jessie Buckley "For All Our Days That Tear The Heart" resulted in the shortlist to the 2022 Mercury Prize. Currently he has completed albums by Sam Lee, The Clockworks and a new solo album a solo album for 2024 release.

But as the band’s success snowballed and the tours grew (including globe-trotting spells with The Police and Talking Heads) XTC main man, Andy Partridge, pulled the plug on touring making XTC a purely studio-based entity.

Prolific singer-songwriter from Oxfordshire whose style is strongly influenced by Bob Dylan, Tom Waits and Joni Mitchell. Thea Gilmore released “Small World Turning” in 2019 - her first new collection of songs since 2017’s “The Counterweight” which was her 3rd successive top 40 album. “Small World Turning” takes a sharp musical turning of its own, many may argue a new commitment to what Thea Gilmore does best, as it’s an album with an unashamed folk flavour. An artist of enduring international acclaim (Bruce Springsteen regularly names her as a favourite) and a justly revered lyricist, Gilmore’s musical settings have taken many ingenious detours in recent years. "Murphy's Heart” (2010) arrived with a buffed-up radio sheen, 2013’s “Regardless” was luscious chamber pop and “The Counterweight” brought electronica flavourings to the table.

Echobelly debuted in 1993 with their debut EP, Bellyache, on the independent Pandemonium label. The favourable response including gushing press reviews and sold out gigs ensured the securing of a recording contract with Epic via their subsidiary, Rhythm King. Their first single, was Insomniac and the album, Everyone's Got One, reached number 8 in the UK Album charts.

From one of the most exciting emerging new stars in the UK’s live stand-up scene,1994 is Edinburgh native’s Connor Burns third solo hour. A prolific joke writer, his Scottish-level cynicism and self-deprecation punctuates a disarmingly relaxed persona and an intelligent, razor-sharp wit. Connor’s burgeoning reputation as “one to watch” was cemented at the 2023 Fringe when he sold out his entire run two months before the festival started.

The Delines debut album Colfax surprised fans and critics alike. The band had only been together a week when they went into the studio and cut the record. Uncut gave it 9/10 stars and praised its widescreen romanticism, calling it the richest collection of songs Vlautin has written. Evoking the feel of a beat-up Dusty Springfield or a weary Rickie Lee Jones, Colfax made a dozen top ten records of the year lists and the Delines sold out venues in the UK, Ireland, and had successful tours in the Europe and Australia. The Guardian declared them the surprise hit of the End of the Road festival and then it all came to a stop.

Recently described by the Evening Standard as "Live Comedy's best kept secret" Scott Bennett has been blazing a trail through the stand-up circuit for the best part of a decade. He's written for many high profile acts such as Chris Ramsey and Jason Manford, and recently recorded his debut on BBC Two's Live at the Apollo. In massive demand as a comedy writer and with regular appearances on BBC Radio 4's The News Quiz and The Now Show, Scott is an act on the verge of breaking through into the big time.

Stephen has appeared on every light entertainment show, come second on every celebrity quiz show, and will gossip about everything from his funeral plans to his unrequited love for Ben Shephard in his new show. This transliteration was the starting point for Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux’s unique project, which, by appropriating the punk and post-punk cannon and running it through the Bossa Nova filter, reinvented the cover band genre, revealing new and brilliant talents along the way: Camille, Phoebe Killdeer, Nadeah, Mélanie Pain, and Liset Alea. The group’s first two albums, Nouvelle Vague (2004) and Bande A Part (2006) defined their unique sound with Bossa versions of New Wave Classics. Their third album NV3 (2009) featured collaborations with Depeche Mode's Martin Gore, Ian McCullouch from Echo and the Bunnymen, Terry Hall from The Specials, Barry Adamson, The Saints & Minimal Compact.

Bow Wow Wow C-30, C-60, C-90 Go! 45th Anniversary Tour. Annabellas Bow Wow Wow features the original lead vocalist of Bow Wow Wow. Following on from the 2023 sold out tour supporting The Beat, Annabellas Bow Wow Wow are back for the first UK headline tour in a decade. Bow Wow Wow were formed by Sex Pistols manager Malcolm Mclaren in 1980 who recruited members of Adam & The Ants and new vocalist Annabella Lwin (also originally including Boy George as second vocalist before he left to form Culture Club). The debut Bow Wow Wow Single was C-30,C-60,C-90 go! Which was released on cassette only initially reaching #34 in the UK singles chart in 1980. The bands debut Lp See Jungle! See Jungle! Go Join Your Gang, Yeah! City All Over, Go Ape Crazy was released which contained the bands first top 10 hit Go Wild In The Country. Bow Wow Wow toured at the time with The Pretenders, Madness, Queen & The Police. In 1982, a cover of I Want Candy, originally released In the 1960S by The Strangeloves, became the first transatlantic Bow Wow Wow hit single. On 23rd January 2024 I was diagnosed as being neurodivergent which was kind of a surprise to me, funny enough, not to anyone that knows me. Although surprising this pretty much answered my full life and why I am the way I am. So come join me in a show where I’ll give you a 1st hand insight from my delusional eyes to what goes on in my ever expanding mind with stories of how I’ve manage to survive through a life of total confusement to how and why I now prefer to be alone, mostly!

Over the past three decades or so, Jah Wobble has ploughed his own furrow as a prolific solo artist, as well as becoming a well-respected session musician, with genuine passion for Eastern and Global music. He has worked with a diverse range of musicians, including Baaba Maal, Bjork, Primal Scream, Brian Eno, Sinead O'Connor, Julianne Regan, Delores O'Riordan, Holgat Czukay, The Edge and Chaka Demus & Pliers. The man born John Wardle began his musical journey when he met John Lydon and Sid Vicious at Kingsway College, London in 1973. It was Vicious who not only nicknamed John 'Jah Wobble' after a drunken binge but also loaned him his first bass guitar. Lydon asked JW to join Public Image Limited (aka PiL) in spring 1978. Wardle's distinctive 'low end' bass became the backbone of PiL's pioneering sound. After its follow-up, the exploratory yet sinister soundscapes of Metal Box, Wardle became disillusioned by politics within the band and their reluctance to play live. He eventually split from PiL in mid-1980 and embarked on a prolific solo career. Wobble is joined on stage by drummer Marc Layton-Bennett and Martin Chung.

Geoffrey Frank Norcott is an English comedian, writer and political commentator. He first performed in 2001 and has appeared on Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo and Question Time, and written for The Daily Telegraph, The Independent and Spiked.

Jim Moray is an English folk singer, multi-instrumentalist and record producer.

Turin Brakes are an English band, comprising original duo of Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian, and long-term collaborators Rob Allum and Eddie Myer. They had a UK top 5 hit in 2003 with their song "Painkiller (Summer Rain)". Since starting out in 1999, the band have sold around one million records worldwide.

A Louisiana-native turned Nashville-resident, Mary Gauthier (it’s French - pronounced Go-SHAY) has had an extraordinary life. A teenage runaway who found her first shelter among addicts and drag queens, struggled with drug addiction and became a chef/owner of three restaurants in Boston before selling them in 2001 to become a full time songwriter. She has subsequently received countless accolades for her six studio albums. The New York Times music writer John Pareles picked 2001’s Filth and Fire as the #1 Indy release of the year, 2005’s Mercy Now earned her the Americana Music Association’s New/Emerging Artist of the Year title and 2011’s The Foundling was named as one of the Records of the Year by the LA Times. Trouble and Love, her first studio CD since 2010, was co-produced by Mary with Patrick Granado (whose credits include Grammys for a Delbert McClinton record he produced and a tribute CD to Stephen Foster), recorded in Ricky Skaggs studio outside Nashville and features the support of Darrell Scott, Beth Nielsen Chapman and Ashley Cleveland. One track from Trouble and Love, How You Learn To Live Alone, co-written with Gretchen Peters, was chosen for Season II of the hit TV show Nashville. On the record, the legendary Duane Eddy plays guitar on this song.

LondonCalling, the world's premiere tribute to The Clash, will be playing the 'A' & 'B' sides of singles released by The Clash between 1977-1983.

Back in 2020, former Auteurs frontman Luke Haines and former R.E.M. guitarist Peter Buck teamed for the excellent Beat Poetry for Survivalists, and now they've announced a follow-up. The awesomely titled All The Kids Are Super Bummed Out is a double album, out October 28 via Cherry Red.
