Each band will play interpretations of David Byrne tracks from the earliest Talking Heads recordings, right through to his latest album, as well as some of their own music! LUNG LEG - Badass girly punks from Lanarkshire, stars of the BBC film Since Yesterday, and recent Lora Logic collaborators! Eek! THE BEAT POETS - Glasgow legends of saxophone-driven instrumental bops who once toured as the one and only Alex Chilton's band! THE CORDS - Rising stars of the jangle pop scene, this teen sister duo from across the river in Inverclyde are guaranteed to warm your heart. RADHIKA - A Helensburgh native and future star with Cocteau Twins-esque vocals. Radhika's dreamy guitar pop is accompanied by her dad, Sushil Soup Dragon; and Eric MacDonald, who comes from a rich lineage of Scottish musicians.
