Shenley Production are pleased to announce that Ronnie Le Drew will be giving a talk about his life working in puppetry this July. The event will take place at Nell of Old Drury in London on Sunday 20th July 2025 at 2.30pm. Following the talk, there will be a chance to meet Ronnie and view some of his puppets. Ronnie is probably best known for playing Zippy in the Thames Television childrens programme, Rainbow. His other television credits include Michael Bentine's Potty Time, The Tommy Cooper Show, The Sooty Show and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. While his film credits include Labyrinth, Little Shop of Horrors, The Muppet Christmas Carol, Muppet Treasure Island, Beauty and the Beast, A Quiet Place: Day One, and being Tom Hanks body double and puppeteer in the live action Pinocchio.
