Still Game legend Mark Cox has just launched his brand new stand up comedy tour "Tight erse years!" Join Mark for an evening of hilarity as he embarks on his first ever solo show. Mark Cox is best known for playing Tam Mullen in Still Game and various bams in Chewin the fat, Other telly jobs Include Outlander, The devils hour and Dept Q for yer Netflix. Power Up for Parkinson’s is a one-off charity night raising funds for Parkinson’s UK Scotland, held on World Parkinson’s Day in memory and respect of Ozzy Osbourne. The night will feature: Fubar as the headline act - an experienced band who have been rockin Scotland audiences since 1999 two support band rock covers from Exiled and glam/hard rock from Wyldkat a special performance from Parkinson’s Beats, a local, award-winning drumming group with people living with neurological conditions As part of the global Light Up Blue campaign, we’ll be marking World Parkinson’s Day on the night — with blue lighting inside where possible, and encouraging everyone to wear blue, a heavy metal T-shirt if you like, or show your support in whatever way feels right. This is a night about music, community, and coming together for a cause that matters — loud enough to celebrate, and meaningful in its purpose.
