Matt Walters, also known as Reductio, has been shaking up the world of classical organ music with his genre-bending remixes. A viral TikTok sensation, Reductio seamlessly blends the grandeur of the pipe organ with pop and dance hits. Expect a dazzling mix of songs by ABBA, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Kate Bush, and more all reimagined for the King of Instruments. You will learn about Admiral Lord Collingwood, born near St Nicholas Church (now Newcastle Cathedral), who took command after Nelson fell at Trafalgar in 1805, pioneering feminist Mary Astell, and the Danish sailors who found a safe haven in Newcastle during the Second World War.
