9 Nov 2025 - 21 Mar 2026

Straighten Out are the worlds' premier Stranglers tribute band... with an extensive set-list that spans two solid hours as they re-create the 'early years' sound of The Stranglers, complete with a Hammond organ and Minimoog synth, the same models used by Mr. Greenfield himself back in the day! The growling bass sound and the quirky guitar riffs are all there to be heard as is the dual vocal 'attack' from the two frontmen a-la Burnel/Cornwell as they rip through Stranglers' classics... inc. Grip, Something Better Change, Golden Brown, Walk On By, Tank, Straighten Out, 5 Minutes, Down In The Sewer and many more as they cover the Stranglers' early classic albums and beyond...Straighten Out - live and unleashed - will take you on a nostalgia trip that transports you back to those raw, powerful, exhilarating times when The Stranglers emerged through the quagmire of mediocrity to produce some of the finest tunes ever written...Straighten Out will put you back in that place!

These topics fall under the ever-shifting veneer of Albertine’s chameleonic pop motifs: from Viv Albertine-inspired post-punk and kaleidoscopic dream-pop to quiet-loud guitar squall and Tune-Yards reminiscent vocal acrobatics. While Albertine Sarges maintains a sense of comedy in her approach, her music is also a platform to explore the self and contribute to broader societal discourse.
Girls of the Internet

Girls of the Internet

27 Nov 2025 - 13 Dec 2025

Girls of the Internet’s manifesto is clear; to create dance music that calls back to how it was made at its inception, but with the knowledge and experience of the past 50 years of the genre. Joining the dots that have not been joined for a long time, the collective takes on people of all sexualities, gender expressions and body types. “We are very proud to bring this music back to its inclusive roots. Let’s forget the disjointed and cliquey scene we live in, and bring back what once united us.” Crafting songs with real musicians, the group’s name was inspired by Ladies of the 80’s by Eighties Ladies, the album from a girl group produced by Roy Ayers, “I just loved the whole concept, and I wanted to do the same thing with Girls of the Internet,” explains the group’s founding member Tom Kerridge. “I wanted a name that played with gender, and people’s subconscious misogyny. Girls of the Internet is abstract – it means nothing, and it means everything.”

Goon

Goon

21 Mar 2026 - 29 Mar 2026

We always think we have a plan. We will walk into a situation with a purpose and an idea, only to find that life has other things in store for us. Goon frontman and creative mastermind, Kenny Becker, had a record’s worth of new songs ready to record, studio time booked, and a vision for how it would all play out. But weeks into the recording, life hit him like a lightning bolt in the form of the sudden dissolution of his marriage and his subsequent psychic spiral. Blindsided by heartbreak, the music Becker had written for the record began to take on new meaning. What had come from joy was now something closer to agony. In the friction of that moment, Becker pushed his band-and his songwriting-into stranger territory. Facing down the pain and disappointment of life, the band created a masterpiece with their new album, Dream 3. Presented by DUST. This is an 18+ event

Peter Cat 'Starchamber' album launch

Peter Cat 'Starchamber' album launch

20 Nov 2025 - 21 Nov 2025

Starchamber is the shape-shifting second LP by Peter Cat — a darkly glittering art-pop fever dream that explores guilt, transcendence, and surreality across nine blistering tracks with a playful theatrical allure. The culmination of a renaissance year for the Glaswegian outfit, leaving their earlier flirtation with twee indie-pop behind and trading it for something far more menacing and cinematic, Starchamber crackles with intent from the start, taking in a plethora of diverse influences across its 41-minute runtime. “The overarching theme of Starchamber is guilt, ultimately… It’s about that private court we all carry within ourselves, that puts us on perpetual trial for all of the things we’ve done terribly wrong, even though we haven’t done anything wrong to begin with. That’s what the ‘Starchamber’ is – that place we send ourselves to, to be judged and punished by ourselves.” Groovy yet apocalyptic, the album marks a tribute to the surreal spaces we create to process our inner lives – both a triumphant return and a bold new direction for Peter Cat. Support from this show comes from Istanbul-born, Glasgow-based lofi songwriter Onat Önol (whose live band includes ex-Franz Ferdinand drummer Paul Thompson), and whipsmart garage rockers Hound.
