We are so excited to have an intimate gathering of music lovers back in the bookshop to hear the super talented Elizabeth & Jameson. when: Friday 27th June 2025 at 7:00 - 9:00 pm in the garden or downstairs in the bookshop. Places are limited to 25 so best to book early. Refreshments provided with a donation to HCCN (Huntingdon Community Cancer Network) or bring a pint from the pub next doorand a GENEROUS tips jar for the musicians - Hannah and Griff. See you there.

Join us for an author event with bestselling author Kate Sawyer at Niche Comics Huntingdon! Kate will be talking to us about her career so far and her latest novel, Getting Away. All Kates books will be available to purchase at the event, with the opportunity to have them signed at the end. Tickets are 2 and include a glass of fizz or a non-alchoholic beverage. Her debut novel, The Stranding, was shortlisted for the Costa First Novel Award, won the East Anglian fiction prize, was adapted for BBC Radio 4 Book at Bedtime and is being developed for the screen by Fremantle and Afua Hirsch's production company Born in Me. Her second novel This Family was a Waterstones Book of the Month and Waterstones Paperback of the Year 2024. Her lastest novel published on 3rd July 2025 with copies available to buy at the event. Come and meet award winning childrens author Matty Long Wednesday 18th June 2025 at 4:00 - 5:00 pm At Niche Comics Bookshop Creator of SUPER HAPPY MAGIC FOREST, the new hit CBBC show, Matty Long is coming to Niche Comics Bookshop. In his workshop hell demonstrate how to draw characters from the Super Happy Magic Forest book and TV series step-by-step. Suitable for children aged 5 - 8 years old. Matty will be draw characters from his books, inspire young artists and answer questions. At the end there will be time to purchase books and have them signed by Matty.
