One of Ireland's most popular music acts, The Tumbling Paddies are now coming to England! Song writing and original material is a major part of their success. Having grown from strength to strength over the past few years, it is no surprise that their music is being played in venues all over the world. Formed in 2014 in their beloved County Fermanagh, they soon became the region's favourite covers band. After welcoming Oisin on keyboards, the band started to write and record their own original music, gaining more and more followers. The Tumbling Paddies soon became one of Ireland's most prolific touring acts, playing sell-out gigs all over the country, including TF Castlebar and the INEC in Killarney. The members of Lake Street Dive met in 2004 as students at Boston's New England Conservatory of Music. Though they were all studying jazz, their work together was informed by their love of classic pop, particularly from the '60s, including The Beatles, The Supremes, Dusty Springfield, and The Beach Boys.

The London African Gospel Choir is a collective of African singers, musicians and dancers who specialise in African gospel music. They have performed with the likes of Emeli Sandé, Mumford and Sons and, Annie Lennox, recorded with Idris Elba and John Legend, and are due to headline their own show at the prestigious Barbican Centre, have toured the US, Ireland, France and Romania, and were a feature of the Monte Carlo Jazz Festival. The creative vision of multi-instrumentalist Ed Wynne, the Ozrics’ uniquely trippy soundscapes connect fans of progressive rock, psychedelia and dance music culture.

Kiefer Sutherland has been a professional actor for over thirty years, starring in movies like 'Stand By Me', 'The Lost Boys', 'Young Guns', Flatliners', 'A Few Good Men', 'A Time to Kill', 'Dark City', 'Melancholia' and most recently, a western called 'Forsaken,' as well as the TV series '24.' But unknown to many during the course of his career, he has taken on other vocations with the same kind of dedication and commitment. The first one, beginning around 1992, was that of a cattle rancher and competitive cowboy (roper) in the USTRC team roping circuit. He ran a successful ranch with partner John English for almost a decade. During that timeframe, Sutherland won numerous roping events around the country including Phoenix, Indio and the Los Angeles Open. In 2002, Sutherland, with his music partner and best friend Jude Cole, began a small record label called Ironworks. The goal of this label was to record local musicians and distribute their music at a time when the music industry was going through a monumental shift. Some of their artists included Rocco DeLuca and the Burden, HoneyHoney and Billy Boy On Poison. In 2009, Sutherland left the label to recharge and figure out what he was going to do next. In early 2015 Sutherland played Cole two songs he had written and wanted to record as demos for other artists to record. Cole responded positively to the songs and the album grew organically from those recordings. Two songs became four and four grew into six, until Cole suggested that they make a record. Their collaboration resulted in Kiefer Sutherland's upcoming debut album: 'Down In A Hole'.

Polyvinyl Records and American Football’s May 20th, 2014 reissue of the Chicago/Urbana, IL trio’s seminal self-titled 1999 release debuted at #68 on the Billboard 200 charts. An amazing feat for an album that never went out of print and has remained one of Polyvinyl’s most consistent sellers. This fall the band will reunite for their first live shows since disbanding 15 years ago, playing The Pygmalion Festival in Champaign/Urbana, IL, three sold-out (in under 24 hours) shows at Webster Hall in New York City, and recently announced and soon to be sold-out shows in Los Angeles and San Francisco this December. Though the trio — Mike Kinsella (Cap’n Jazz, Owen, Owls), Steve Lamos, and Steve Holmes — only played a few shows and released just one other record (a three-song EP that preceded this full-length), their influence and legacy has steadily continued to grow in the time after they disbanded. From its now iconic artwork to the band’s unique songwriting approach (highlighted by an emphasis on shifting time signatures and sincere lyrics), American Football proves a record doesn’t become a true classic through flashiness or catering to trends, but rather the deep emotional connection it forges between the music and the listener. Available on 2xLP, 2xCD, cassette tape, and digital formats, the American Football (Deluxe Edition) reissue features an assortment of rare live recordings, demos, and practice sessions (in which the group rehearsed material they never recorded elsewhere).

The Pogues are a Celtic folk rock band from London, formed in 1982 and fronted by Shane MacGowan. The band reached international prominence in the 1980s and early 1990s. MacGowan left the band in 1991 but the band continued first with Joe Strummer and then with Spider Stacy on vocals before breaking up in 1996. The band reformed in 2001, and has been playing regularly ever since, most notably on the US East Coast around St Patrick's Day and across the UK and Ireland every December.

Daft Funk Live! are a Daft Punk tribute-band based in the UK. Embracing the live aspect of DP's performances, they incorporate their own custom light shows, including a three-meter high LED pyramid, and use live instruments to give an immersive and dynamic show. Their stage production is meticulously crafted, paying the utmost homage to the infamous and illusive Robots.

A lifelong singer, musical theatre devotee and dancer, Audrey got her first taste of songwriting when childhood best friend and then-roommate Gracie Abrams pulled Audrey into the making of her album, The Secret of Us. Together, they wrote some of Gracie’s standouts like “I Love You, I’m Sorry” and “Risk”—for which Audrey directed the music videos—as well as current global hit “That’s So True.”

Transvision Vamp was formed by Wendy James and co-writer and guitarist Nick Christian Sayer. In West London they teamed up with Dave Parsons and Tex Axile. The band was signed to MCA records by Dave Ambrose, the notorious A&R man from EMI records who had also signed the Sex Pistols. They recorded their first LP album ‘Pop Art’ and released a first single ‘Revolution Baby’ and then charted with their second single, a cover version of Holly & The Italians ‘Tell That Girl To Shut Up’, followed by a third single ‘I Want Your Love’ which went to No.5 on the UK singles chart. The album ‘Pop Art’ was released later in 1988 and went to No.3 in the UK album chart. Extensive touring of the UK and Europe continued throughout this year as their success grew, starting on the University circuit and ending with playing two sold out gigs at the London Town And Country Club, taking in the Marquee Club along the way with queues two-fold around the block of Wardour Street, London Presented by CHALK. Liverpool influenced they deliver a modern twist of poetic yet catchy lyrics and melodies that blend to make the sound that is unmistakably, Red Rum Club.

Yard Act formed in Leeds in September 2019 when Ryan Needham found himself temporarily living in James Smith's spare bedroom. The two had been pub associates for years, but their new living circumstances served as a catalyst for their friendship and creative partnership which saw them fuse James' interest in spoken word with Ryan's primitive proto-punk demos using an ancient drum machine and borrowed bass guitar. They released their first material in March 2020, coinciding with you-know-what, and with just three singles (The Trapper's Pelts, Fixer Upper and Peanuts) and three gigs to date, Yard Act have staked out a territory all their own. Setting up their own imprint Zen F.C. they released their debut 7 which can now only be found for exorbitant sums on Discogs, they've scored two 6music playlists, and they've won a growing fanbase with their coruscating, narrative driven, spoken word dance-punk. Now girding their loins for a 2021 filled with new music, new recordings, debut novels, and (fingers crossed) plenty of live shows, Yard Act have most definitely marked our cards as one of UK's most exciting prospects.
