Well, Oasis are no more. The back stage bust ups and public slanging matches on Twitter proved too much for this great British band. Thankfully, their No1 Tribute-Definitely Mightbe (now in their twelfth year) don’t share the same sibling rivalry as the real thing, but they do have a lot in common when it comes to reproducing the rousing anthems, stage presence and atmosphere that the originals created. With over two hours of material to draw from, including all the hit’s from all seven albums, live favourites, B-sides and a couple of Noel’s acoustic number’s, when the boys start there’s no stopping them. And who wants to stop when everybody’s having a good time? Lead singer Ian bears an uncanny resemblance to Liam and has worked as a look-a-like in the UK appearing on BBC1, Channel 4, Sky TV and ITV. Publicity campaigns and advertising for HMV, Virgin, Q Magazine, Loaded, Royal Bank Of Scotland, Lloyds Bank and the National Press. Ian was also asked to star in a video for heavy metal legends MOTORHEAD as Liam and also providing a voice over for a recent documentary accompanying the new Oasis-”Time Flies” DVD. To add to this, Ian has the knack of sounding like Liam too and was asked to provide the vocals on a dance remix of Wonderwall set for release in summer 2010. Paul Mitchell takes up the reigns as Noel and mimics the riffs and lead breaks with such precision you’d think you were listening to the CD. A very loud CD. Jim Bob was born to two parents Frank and Jenny. Jenny was a singer, long distance swimmer and speed skater, while Frank was a theatre stage manager and carpenter. So, as show business, showing off and to a lesser extent carpentry was in the blood, Jim set out on the yellow brick road to fame and fortune. Following years of pop struggle Jim would release his first records with the band Jamie Wednesday, whose horn section Jim would work with again fumfty years later as a solo artist (when Jim was reading a book about learning to play the recorder and discovered it was written by Jamie Wednesday sax player Simon). After Jamie Wednesday Jim Bob formed Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine with guitarist Fruitbat. Together as Carter they would have 14 top 40 singles and four top ten albums (including a number one), selling over a million records and touring the world. With Carter, Jim Bob would become known for his socially aware pop lyrics and in particular his use of puns. Carter split in 1997 but reformed ten years later for two massive sell out, life affirming gigs that would lead to more sell out Carter shows in 2008 and 2009. In 2011 they headlined the Beautiful Days festival in Devon and three more Carter gigs followed in 2012: Glasgow, Leeds & London. Finally in 2014, the last Carter shows were announced: A headline slot at the Bearded Theory Festival, a BBC 6music live performance from Maida Vale and two last hurrahs in London. The 5,000 capacity Brixton Academy gig sold out in minutes. Outside of Carter Jim Bob has had a long and varied solo career. He has released eight albums solo and with his discopoppunk band Jim's Super Stereoworld. Jim's autobiography 'Goodnight Jim Bob On The Road With Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine' was published by Cherry Red Books in 2004 to critical acclaim. Jim has written songs for Ian Dury and for the 2006 Barbican production of Mark Ravenhill's Dick Whittington & His Cat, directed by Edward Hall and starring Trigger from Only Fools and Horses. In August 2010 he made his Edinburgh Fringe debut in the Ward and White musical 'Gutted, A Revenger's Musical'. His seventh solo album 'A Humpty Dumpty Thing' came with a mini novel 'Word Count', which Jim adapted as a screenplay for a Hollywood production company. His eighth solo album 'What I Think About When I Think About You' was recorded with 26-piece The Mystery Fax Machine Orchestra. Jim Bob has written four novels; 'Storage Stories' (Ten Forty Books), 'Driving Jarvis Ham'(Harper Collins), the award winning best seller 'The Extra Ordinary Life of Frank Derrick, Age 81' (Pan Macmillan) and its follow up 'Frank Derrick's Holiday Of A Lifetime' (Pan Macmillan), published under the name J.B. Morrison and translated into French, Italian, German and Dutch.

The Cinelli Brothers have a passion for the music of the 1960’s, an amalgam of blues, rock and soul, and add a twist of contemporary style, making them a rising force on the music scene. Their appeal crosses all manner of boundaries, attracting a significantly younger crowd to their shows as well as pleasing the ears of older fans. Brothers Marco (guitar, keys, vocals) and Alessandro (drums, B/V’s) are joined by Tom Julian-Jones (guitar, harmonica, vocals) and Stephen Giry (bass, guitar, B/V’s).

Seb Lowe has burst out of nowhere. (Okay Saddleworth…) with an upcoming 7 monitor mini-album that’s excellent for the second. Good in that this can be a younger child with a head stuffed with phrases which are his weapons and telling his fact and a guitar that could be a machine gun of riffing. That is the teenage frontline with poetry and scrubbed acoustic guitar uneven chords and a poetic indignant voice stuffed with ardour and melody.

The Longest Johns are a Bristol based, acapella folk music band, born out of a mutual love of traditional folk songs and shanties. They rock maritime songs alongside the more unusual and less traditional folk tunes. I doubt any of Bristol’s The Longest Johns ever imagined they would be able to get so far on just four voices. In a few short years they have gone from singing sea shanties in a kitchen to International folk festivals, tours, TV appearances and gained a huge online following. As the face of the 2021 sea shanty revival with their track Wellerman, the Johns are reaching millions of new fans all across the globe and showing them just how great these songs can be.

Formed in 1986 in Stourbridge in the West Midlands of England with members from Birmingham, Coventry and the Black Country & Initially known as a Grebo Act, they changed style to incorporate sample-driven indie and industrial rock. The band describes their sound as "electronic, punk, alternative hip-hop, hybrid music for fighting & smoking cigars". Their highest-charting single was the 1993 top-ten hit "Get the Girl! Kill the Baddies!". After initially disbanding in 1996, and having a brief reformation in 2005, they issued their first release in more than five years in 2010.

October London is an artist that defies categorisation - singular yet familiar, contemporary but timeless, with a soulfulness that betrays his youth.

Creeper are an English rock band from Southampton. Formed in 2014, the group features lead vocalist Will Gould, guitarists Ian Miles and Oliver Burdett, keyboardist and second vocalist Hannah Greenwood, bassist Sean Scott and drummer Dan Bratton. Creeper released their self-titled debut EP Creeper in 2014, which was followed by The Callous Heart and The Stranger on Roadrunner Records in 2015 and 2016, respectively. They released their debut full-length album 'Eternity, in Your Arms' in 2017, which debuted at number 18 on the UK Albums Chart. Formed through their mutual involvement in hardcore punk and post-hardcore groups in the Southampton area, Creeper are musically and stylistically influenced by fellow "goth punk" groups including AFI and Alkaline Trio, as well as more traditional punk rock acts like The Bouncing Souls and glam rock artists such as David Bowie. The band's songwriting is typically led by Gould and Miles. Creeper have been hailed by numerous critics as one of the best new rock bands since their formation, winning a Kerrang! Award and a Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award in 2016.

Skindred is a Welsh rock band from Newport. The band was formed in 1998 following the disbandment of vocalist Benji Webbe's previous band, Dub War. Skindred's musical style mixes alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock and reggae. The band also integrate elements of dancehall, jungle, hardcore, ska, hip hop, drum and bass, dubstep and various other influences into their music.

British singer-songwriter and poet whose debut studio album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, was released in 2021 to critical acclaim and peaked at number three on the UK Albums Chart.

British singer/songwriter Holly Humberstone is known for her dusky indie pop. She first garnered attention with the song "Deep End," included on her 2020 debut EP, Falling Asleep at the Wheel. She signed with Interscope the following year and released her sophomore EP, The Walls Are Way Too Thin. Humberstone continued releasing stand-alone singles in 2022, including "London Is Lonely" and "Sleep Tight."

Tom Rowley, going it alone for the first time, is one of the finest musicians from a generation of Sheffield artists blessed with talent. A cornerstone of Sheffield bands for two decades, most recently with Arctic Monkeys. He co-wrote portions of "Tranquility Base Hotel + Casino" and "The Car" with the band. Additionally, he's been a longtime touring member of the Arctic Monkeys, appearing on two world tours with the band. A founding member and writer with Sheffield Indie royalty Milburn, the band he founded at the age of 14, as well as performing and writing with Reverend & The Makers. Tom has been the go-to guitarist, pianist and cowriter for a generation of talent from the city. The musicians musician in the Steel City.

After the success of their Pelican West 40th anniversary shows in 2023, Beckenham new wave outfit Haircut 100 have announced their first UK tour in over four decades. Haircut 100 was formed by Nick Heyward, Les Nemes and Graham Jones after moving to London in 1980. It didn't take long for them to make waves in what would be a crowded decade for British new wave; their 1982 debut Pelican West peaked at No.2 on the UK Albums Chart and with playful and dynamic tunes including 'Favourite Shirt (Boy Meets Girl)', 'Favourite Day' and 'Love Plus One', remains on the 80s most memorable records.

One of the most influential bands to emerge from the UK’s festival scene, Ozric Tentacles formed during the solstice at Stonehenge Free Festival 1983 going on to become psychedelic staples at Glastonbury and other festivals. The creative vision of multi-instrumentalist Ed Wynne, the Ozrics’ uniquely trippy soundscapes connect fans of progressive rock, psychedelia and dance music culture.

Kiefer Sutherland has been a professional actor for over thirty years, starring in movies like 'Stand By Me', 'The Lost Boys', 'Young Guns', Flatliners', 'A Few Good Men', 'A Time to Kill', 'Dark City', 'Melancholia' and most recently, a western called 'Forsaken,' as well as the TV series '24.' But unknown to many during the course of his career, he has taken on other vocations with the same kind of dedication and commitment. The first one, beginning around 1992, was that of a cattle rancher and competitive cowboy (roper) in the USTRC team roping circuit. He ran a successful ranch with partner John English for almost a decade. During that timeframe, Sutherland won numerous roping events around the country including Phoenix, Indio and the Los Angeles Open. In 2002, Sutherland, with his music partner and best friend Jude Cole, began a small record label called Ironworks. The goal of this label was to record local musicians and distribute their music at a time when the music industry was going through a monumental shift. Some of their artists included Rocco DeLuca and the Burden, HoneyHoney and Billy Boy On Poison. In 2009, Sutherland left the label to recharge and figure out what he was going to do next. In early 2015 Sutherland played Cole two songs he had written and wanted to record as demos for other artists to record. Cole responded positively to the songs and the album grew organically from those recordings. Two songs became four and four grew into six, until Cole suggested that they make a record. Their collaboration resulted in Kiefer Sutherland's upcoming debut album: 'Down In A Hole'.

SNAYX were formed from a mosh pit. Sure, the Brighton & Sheffield based trio have been in other bands before, dabbling in everything from indie rock to ska, but those groups never incited the communal carnage that Charlie Herridge, Ollie Horner and Lainey Loops crave. So they formed SNAYX, originally a two-piece, now a three. For a good chunk of time though, SNAYX was more of an idea than an actual band since the pair were too busy going to as many gigs as possible, rather than working on things like songs. They’d talk about SNAYX to anyone who would listen though, hungry to be part of the scene. And then in the smoking area of a Brighton venue, Hastings punks Kid Kapichi invited them to open for them. Of course, SNAYX said yes, despite the fact they didn’t have a finished song between them. That changed over a frantic few days, where all of those conversations about ethos, influence and intention quickly turned into a furious 30-minutes of music. The gig went better than it had any right to, and SNAYX were born.
