Sister theatre to Manchester Opera House, the Palace Theatre has been around since 1891 -- when it was known as The Grand Old Lady of Oxford Street -- and has, over the years, seen the likes of Gracey Fields, Noel Coward and Laurel & Hardy grace its stage. In more recent years it has played host to musicals, theatre, comedy and live music.
