Arab Strap are a Scottish indie rock band whose core members are Aidan Moffat and Malcolm Middleton. The band were signed to independent record label Chemikal Underground, split in 2006 and reformed in 2016. The band signed to Rock Action Records in 2020. This is an 18+ event.

Laugh in the Park, Glasgow Southside's annual comedy festival, returns for its fourth year on Saturday, July 13th, 2023 at the Queens Park Arena, also known as 'The Bandstand'. Yard Act formed in Leeds in September 2019 when Ryan Needham found himself temporarily living in James Smith's spare bedroom. The two had been pub associates for years, but their new living circumstances served as a catalyst for their friendship and creative partnership which saw them fuse James' interest in spoken word with Ryan's primitive proto-punk demos using an ancient drum machine and borrowed bass guitar. They released their first material in March 2020, coinciding with you-know-what, and with just three singles (The Trapper's Pelts, Fixer Upper and Peanuts) and three gigs to date, Yard Act have staked out a territory all their own. Setting up their own imprint Zen F.C. they released their debut 7 which can now only be found for exorbitant sums on Discogs, they've scored two 6music playlists, and they've won a growing fanbase with their coruscating, narrative driven, spoken word dance-punk. Now girding their loins for a 2021 filled with new music, new recordings, debut novels, and (fingers crossed) plenty of live shows, Yard Act have most definitely marked our cards as one of UK's most exciting prospects.

Geordie Wade Greep is an English musician. From 2017 to 2024, he was the frontman and lead guitarist of the rock band Black Midi, often considered part of the emerging wave of British rock music known as the Windmill scene.

Warmduscher are a group of miscreants, known only by aliases (Clams Baker Jr, Lightnin' Jack Everett, Salt Fingers, Quicksand and Dr. Withers aka Little Whiskers). Ardent fans, Iggy Pop and Marc Riley have only gleaming praise to heap on the band, and in return, Warmduscher have blessed them both with immortality. The band's live show has left thousands across the UK and Europe desperate for more. During their set at End of the Road Festival 2018, they were accused of inciting a riot and thrown into a giant hole. They have since emerged and will soon embark on a worldwide tour of France, Switzerland and Italy. Breathe it in before it's gone.
