After his TV appearance on "The Russell Howard Hour" Andrew supported Russell Howard on his massive national tour including six straight shows at The London Palladium. He has also recently supported Troy Hawke and at The UK Comedy Awards was voted “Comic’s Comic - Best Act”. When asking his 9-year-old son if he is ticklish, he replied “only my mind”. Which is a great way to describe a sense of humour. And lord knows we all need a good tickle in the mind now and then so join Andrew as he finds the funny from “Sports washing” to Spa hotels. Having previously supported Russell at Bristol's Ashton Gate Football stadium he’s also supported Rhod Gilbert, Rob Brydon, America’s Brian Regan and Michelle Wolfe on their only London shows and Michael McIntyre on an entire arena tour including Wembley and the O2. Jonny & The Baptists: Dance Like It Never Happened
Jonny and Paddy and back on the road again! Bringing their brand new show 'Dance Like it Never Happened' on tour. And they've missed you all! So what is this new hilarious show about? Grief. Its about Grief. In 2019, we lost another election, our place in Europe and, worst of all, a dearly beloved friend. We are no strangers to grief, but it hurt. Then in 2020, we all lost the world as we knew it. Our decades-long system of "dealing with emotions" (ignore them, drink heavily and make jokes) finally broke. We finally broke. In their most honest and personal show yet, Jonny & The Baptists learn to accept and engage with their grief, telling the story of denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance through their trademark blend of silly, joyful songs, deadpan stand-up and riotous storytelling. Finding meaning, humour and beauty in the hardest part of life. So come and see us, have a laugh and maybe a cry - but definitely a laugh.
The Derby-Days

The Derby-Days

12 Sept 2025 - 18 Oct 2025

Dave Derby and Debbie Day are happily married. Well, they’re not married really. And they’re not that happy on Derby day because Dave’s a die-hard red and Debbie’s a proper blue. Even their cat’s got two names. What sort of cat answers to Divock and Duncan?  Their daughter Chloe is back from London with a new fella in tow and he’s got a deep, dark secret. One that could cause more chaos in the Derby-Day family than Wayne Clarke and Gary McAllister combined. With her parents acting like kids, Chloe is fuming and this might be the final straw. Will they stop kicking off before the big game? Ian Salmon (Girls Don’t Play Guitars, The Comeback Special) has written a brand new comedy about a subject close to his heart. If you are a red, or a blue or just someone who likes to watch families raging at each other, then come and join us for a great night out.
It's A Wonderful Life

It's A Wonderful Life

7 Nov 2025 - 22 Nov 2025

Return to Bedford Falls this Christmas when, after a sell out run in 2024, Old Fruit Jar Productions comes back to the Royal Court with this heart-warming adaptation of a classic Christmas story. Christmas Eve, 1945… George Bailey, a down-on-his-luck banker, believes life has left him behind. But when his guardian angel appears, George is astounded to witness what life could be like without all of the good deeds he’s done. Maybe life wouldn’t be as wonderful without him… Inspired by the 1946 Frank Capra film of the same name, this enchanting stage adaptation breathes new life into the beloved story of hope, redemption, and the power of kindness! Contains some distressing themes, but this production is suitable for all ages. “A joyous watch… deserves to become a festive season staple in Liverpool for years to come!” North West End “Moving, magical, and incredibly heart-warming… this is a wonderful reminder of what really matters” The Broken Spine “A charming and welcome addition to the festive season!” Arts City Liverpool “Takes a story that is already magical and moving, and turns it into something shared and wonderfully alive!” Adventures in Theatreland
Sauce And Sorcery

Sauce And Sorcery

1 Aug 2025 - 23 Aug 2025

Abrakebabra is just a normal chippy in the Swan. Chips, fish, scallops and donner meat all served up with a smile. Well, sometimes served up with a smile.  What’s less normal are the people behind the counter. You see Finn and his grandad Grant have a little sideline in spells and hexes to go with your meat pie. Grant’s a wizard, you see. Yeah, a proper wizard, but he’s more Dumbledork than Dumbledore. After receiving a warning for using magic in a built-up area, Grant is supposed to be keeping his head down. But after a tiny transmogrification mistake concerning the local drug dealing entrepreneur he’s in danger of losing his head entirely. He was only trying to help. Get yourself to the Royal Court Studio to see Paddy Clarke’s brand new comedy that sees what happens when the worlds of wizardry and fast food collide. Winner winner wiccan dinner!
Nick Mohammed is Mr Swallow: Show Pony
Taskmaster loser Nick Mohammed returns as his critically acclaimed alter-ego Mr. Swallow with a brand new show.  Show Pony has been described by Mr. Swallow as “payback for everyone who didn’t come to the last tour” and will cover everything from not having his own sitcom to not having his own sitcom… and everything in between (critical race theory). As per - expect magic, music and a whole load of brand new mistakes.
Justin Moorhouse: The Greatest Performance of My Life
The story covers subjects ranging from pantomimes to dreams, how to behave in hospitals, small talk, realising his Mum is a northern version of Columbo, and how being a smart-mouthed kid saved him from a life of continually being beaten up. Above all else, it’s the Justin you have to come to expect. It’s funny and interesting, and perhaps there’s a little bit that warms the soul, too.

3 Oct 2025 - 18 Oct 2025

It’s Harriet’s worst nightmare. She wants to make a nice, quiet Mothers’ Day lunch for her mum, her dad and her gran but it’s all kicking off. Not in the flat, even though they’ve forgotten H’s birthday. The problem’s outside and it’s banging on the windows. It’s the protestors, you see. A load of them broke into that Biotech lab in Kirkby where they do all sorts of weird experiments on monkeys and rabbits and little goats. It said on the news that some of them had been bitten by a radioactive Shitsu and they’d gone a bit funny. Someone said that they eat brains! Someone else said that they’re headed for Manchester! That doesn’t make sensethough, because, you know, they eat brains. Whatever they are up to, it doesn’t look good for a nice bit of quiche and a Marksies’ salad round at Harriet’s. Get down to the Studio for Rachel Louise Clark’s brilliant new comedy full of scouse survivalists and infectious laughter. People are dying to see it. It’s just a forgotten birthday. It’s not the end of the World. Or is it? Age Advisory - 15+
