Terminal V Festival returns on April 18 + 19th 2026 with their much anticipated festival format... Marking two epic days in the Scottish capital alongside 40,000 ravers and six fully immersive indoor and outdoor stages, the weekend is set to shake the foundations of Edinburgh's Royal Highland & Showground thanks to its diverse lineup which spans the spectrum of techno & beyond. Over 100 artists from every corner of the globe will be touching down in Edinburgh for the momentous occasion. Every stage will offer it's own standalone world, with bespoke architecture, mind-bending visuals and and chest-rattling sound for a sensory experience built for those who live and breathe dance music. Sara Landry brings the UK debut of her ETERNALISM show, her only Scottish appearance all year, while the likes of Klangkuenstler brings his unmistakable schranz sound back to the country for the first time since 2022. Also joining the lineup is I Hate Models who marks a highly anticipated return alongside the likes of Clara Cuvé, Ben Hemsley, Robert Hood, Novah, Fantasm, Santøs, Patrick Mason, Vieze Asbak, East End Dubs, Mall Grab, Morgan Seatree, Klofama + MANY more. Florence and The Machine - Edinburgh Summer Sessions
South London's Florence + the Machine blend Baroque pop, pastoral folk, and artful alternative rock to create a rousing sound which they debuted on 2009's Lungs. Led by namesakes Florence Welch and Isabella "Machine" Summers, the group broke into the mainstream upon the strength of their platinum singles "Dog Days Are Over," "You've Got the Love," and "Shake It Out," which were elevated by Welch's powerhouse vocals. With a stage presence like no other, driven by Welch’s epic storytelling and forceful voice, fans can expect a near-religious experience. Support comes from the dynamic, popstar powerhouse, Self Esteem. After the release of her 2025 album A Complicated Woman, and a career-defining set at Glastonbury 2025, crowds are in for a fearless and joyous start to the show. Jacob Alon is also on the bill, bringing haunting vocals and a touch of magic to the event.

Heather On The Hill Festival, a brand-new family-focused one day festival created and headlined by Nathan Evans & The Saint Phnx Band. The festival has been designed for all the family, promising a lively mix of music and all-day entertainment for all ages. Other performers include Cian Ducrot, Skerryvore, Ella Henderson, Brooke Combe and NATI. For younger visitors there'll be face painting, immersive story sessions, arts and crafts, workshops, kids yoga, messy play, a dedicated music and singing tent, and a funfair. Plus a makers market celebrating local artists, crafters and small creative businesses, and food and drink stalls.

The Cure, one of the most influential and iconic bands of all time, have announced they will headline a show at Edinburgh Summer Sessions. Formed in Crawley, Sussex and playing their first show in 1978, The Cure have performed close to 1,800 gigs to date over a career spanning almost five decades. Three artists will provide support, including Scottish rock pioneers and ‘masters of their craft’, Mogwai, the atmospheric and timeless Slowdive, and one of the most exciting new bands of recent years, Just Mustard.

In previous years Comic Con Scotland has been proud to host the likes of Ewan McGregor, Christopher Lloyd, Jean Claude Van Damme, The Undertaker, Matt Smith, Ian Somerhalder and Alicia Silverstone. We’re all a fan of something, and Comic Con Scotland is the best place to celebrate all things pop culture. As well as having the chance to meet your heroes, get an item signed or a photo, many guests will also appear live on stage so you’ll get to hear directly about their new projects and previous roles. Outside of the celebs you can get your picture taken with some of our unique props and set builds; watch the fabulous cosplayers strut their stuff on stage (or join them); test yours skills in our retro and modern gaming areas; or browse through the unique gifts in our trader and artist areas with a huge show floor for the perfect shopping experience for everyone in our community. The shared fandoms and sense of community is central to everything we do. Fans from over 40 countries and all over the UK come together every year in Edinburgh to share their love of comics, fantasy, sci-fi, gaming, horror and cosplay.
