Guided Walk: Spring into Pagham!

It's Spring and migration is well underway. Join our friendly guides for a guided walk at RSPB Pagham Harbour, to Church Norton, enjoying the magic of migration! We'll help you find and identify some of our returning birds, including, gulls and terns, warblers and songbirds, and we may even find some rare birds having a rest before continuing on their long journeys north!
Nature and Close-up / Macro Photography Workshop
This all-day workshop provides an introduction to the key principles and techniques for Nature and also Close-up/Macro photography. The workshop will combine theory with opportunities to put into practice what you have learnt regarding camera settings and image composure on our beautiful reserve. During the practical session walks there will hopefully be opportunities for you to try and capture images of Bees, Dragonflies, Insects and Orchids in addition to birds around the reserve. Join our friendly guides for a guided walk at RSPB Pagham Harbour, towards Church Norton, enjoying the magic of migration! We'll help you find and identify some of our returning birds, including warblers and cuckoos, and we may even find some rare birds having a rest before continuing on their long journeys north! Enjoy an early summer walk with our friendly and helpful guides along the west side of Pagham Harbour towards Church Norton. We will help you find and identity birds in the different reserve habitats at this exiting time of the year for many breeding birds. Hopefully we may see or hear some of our summer visitors such as Cuckoo and Whitethroat as we walk towards Church Norton. At Church Norton we may see Little and Sandwich Terns that have in the past bred on islands in the harbour. Saturday 14 June: 10am (duration 3½ hours) £8 per person / £5 members
