Clatterbridge Cancer Charity are excited to announce that the Liverpool Cathedral Abseil is returning once again! Whether you’re a thrill-seeker looking for your next challenge, or just want to do something different then this could be for you. Descend 150ft over the side of the great West Door of Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, and help us to fund even more life-saving research, and innovative projects which continue to support cancer patients and their families. Experience seeing the city in a whole new light – don’t forget to pose for a picture at the top and enjoy the thrill of abseiling off one of the UK’s most iconic buildings! We ask for a £10 registration fee and for supporters to raise a minimum of £150 per person. Your donations will help us to deliver pioneering cancer care to patients throughout our region. 1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer, but with your help we can be at the forefront of cancer treatments, and we can fund vital research, the latest therapies, and innovations in cancer treatment. We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.
