Dom Martin, a 28-year-old Belfast born singer-songwriter, has recently burst onto the UK scene amid high praise for his debut EP Easy Way Out. A solo artist performing his own material, Martin's finger-style acoustic guitar evokes shades of John Martyn and Richard Thompson, with self-declared blues influences courtesy of Howlin' Wolf and Muddy Waters. Expect the driving rhythms and compelling swing guitar of pieces such as The Rain Came.

An evening with frontman of the Happy Mondays. This is a fascinating insight into life in one of the UK's most loved bands. Shaun Ryder is from Salford, Greater Manchester, where in 1980 he formed Happy Mondays. The band signed to Factory Records and their releases included the two classic albums 'Bummed' in 1988 followed by 'Pills 'n' Thrills and Bellyaches' in 1990. Later Shaun started Black Grape releasing the album 'It's Great When You're Straight.. Yeah'. Following his achievements with both bands he received the 'Godlike Genius Award' from NME in 2000. Shaun also moved into TV taking part in the tenth series of the TV show 'I'm a Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here!' in 2010 where he was runner up. He also went on to have his own TV programme 'Shaun Ryder on UFOs' on The History Channel in 2013. Shaun has recently been a guest on several TV shows including 'Room 101' with Frank Skinner, 'Stars and Their Cars' with Paddy McGuinness, 'The Chase: Celebrity Special' with Bradley Walsh, 'Sam Delaney's News Thing, This Morning and 'Big Star's Little Star'.

David Geraghty Thursday 26th March 2026 Sandinos, Derry Doors 7pm / Starts 7.30pm Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist David Geraghty is a founding member of Bell X1, one of Irelands most acclaimed bands. Over the course of ten albums including four No.1 releases Geraghty has helped shape the groups distinctive sound, touring extensively across the world and sharing stages with U2 and Ed Sheeran. Beyond Bell X1, Geraghty has built an impressive career as a composer for film and television, contributing scores to productions featuring Aidan Gillen and Tom Vaughan-Lawlor, including the acclaimed series The Dry. His solo journey began with the critically acclaimed Kill Your Darlings (2007), followed by The Victory Dance (2009). Later, under the moniker Join Me in the Pines, Geraghty explored darker folk tones on Inherit (2014) and ventured into groove-driven electro-pop with Monomania (2019). The Irish Times praised the latter, noting: Geraghty has proven himself a master of melody in the past, but this album confirms hes a crackerjack when it comes to groove and soul too. Hot Press added: Flawless falsettos, shimmering synths and rhythms so infectious they could carry their own health warning seriously impressive. Geraghty has also supported major artists including David Gray and Hall & Oates at Live at the Marquee and Iveagh Gardens. Now returning to his own name, David Geraghty embarks on an exciting new chapter with the upcoming album KOMOREBI, due for release in 2026 marking yet another evolution in his ever-creative journey.
