The magnificent Sir Harold Hillier Gardens is world famous for its arboretum and gardens set over 180 acres. Home to an impressive 14 National Collections, over 600 Champion Trees and 42,000 plants from temperate regions. It is one of the most important modern plant collections in the world.
This garden is stunning whatever the season and hold events year round. From art exhibitions, workshops, trails and evening concerts there is something for the whole family.

Last Night of the Proms - Classical Concert

Bring your picnic, champagne, blankets and chairs to this open-air “Last Night of the Proms” classical concert.
The renowned Southampton Concert Orchestra, conducted by Paul Ingram, will be performing popular classics and all the usual Last Night of the Proms favourites, including Land of Hope and Glory and Rule Britannia.
We will have snacks for sale and an on-site bar offering hot and cold drinks, wines and beers.
Please note for environmental reasons there will not be a firework display.
