10 May 2025 - 10 May 2025

The Groovy Arts Club Band ... play original songs - album ‘Starla Beads’ is released on Spotify & all digital platforms - influenced by New Wave & classic rock music. They have gained a strong reputation for energetic performances at well-known London venues, including the Dublin Castle, Camden (where they regularly host a Groovy Arts Club Night) & Gaz’s Rockin Blues, Soho. Lauryn & Pat ... from misty Mistley, describing themselves as harmonious and folk- hearted: Lauryn guitar & vocals; Pat virtuoso violin. Their melodies take you on a trip through the woods, across seas, arriving at an enchanted land of green, with a touch of Laurel (Lauryn!) Canyon. Mel & Marcel ... Manningtree's favourite Alt-Pop duo, performing their own quirky brand of songs about the madness of life as they observe it: from dementia through hot flushes to the pointlessness of war; no subject is off limits. Rob Prince ... talented singer-songwriter from Manningtree, Essex, who has been crafting moving melodies for over 25 years. Blending indie-folk with various genres, his music captures life's stories and experiences. Accessibility Ticket holders are eligible for a free companion ticket. The boys have performed at numerous local events in and around Ipswich at venues such as the Smokehouse, The Baths, The Hunter Club, The Apex and most recently at Cambridge Junction. The lads can't wait to progress to bigger and better things. Love for Money has no set genre; inspired by the beginning of modern rock, from blues and funk to hard rock and jazz fusion, we appreciate everything with a good groove. Jesse Leonard on lead guitar, Tom Calvar on rhythm guitar, George Roberts on bass, Eva the vocalist and George on drums. The band formed in college in 2025. We started as a rock band and developed a love for different genres. We first moved to funk-rock and blues and eventually became infatuated with jazz fusion.
