The Moira Monologues & (More) Moira Monologues
Alan Bissett’s classic ‘one woman show’ - twice! In The Moira Monologues you’ll meet Moira Bell, cleaner, single mother, and the hardest woman in Falkirk. An iconic show which has left audiences all over the country weak with laughter. In More Moira Monologues, Falkirk's Hardest Woman has become a gran, but is still telling hilarious home-truths about dating, her estranged sister, cleaning posh folk’s hooses, and the return of her ex, Billy. Warning. Contains strong language "Hilarious" 4 stars - The Guardian “A near-perfect series of monologues, both howlingly funny and unnervingly sharp and poetic.” – 5 stars The Scotsman
