The Focus Arts and Crafts Design Group is proud to be the largest, and longest established group in the North East of Scotland. We have been in existence for over 30 years, having evolved from the Gordon Craft Association, which was constituted in 1989. We are a non-profit making association, run on a voluntary basis by local artisans. Our aim is to promote the wealth of local art and crafts created by our members. Our events support local charities. Entry to all our events is free of charge. Focus only sells items handmade by our artisan members.

Directed by Douglas Nairne and designed by Kenneth MacLeod, the drama is plunged into a world of crime and passion, amidst the treacherous mafia underworld. Award winning Scottish soprano Monica McGhee leads a star cast in the iconic title role. The production is performed in a special new version for piano (Andrew Brown) and solo violin (Colm O Braoin) and is sung in English.
