Stratford Racecourse plays host to 18 horse racing fixtures each year. The summer racedays attract family groups who can picnic in the centre of the course, making use of the free admission for under 18s as well as the free children’s entertainment on most of our summer meetings. The racecourse is 15 minutes from Junction 15 of the M40 and 40 minutes from Junction 7 of the M5. The nearest railway station is Stratford-on-Avon, approximately a 20 minute walk. Private helicopters are able to land in the centre of the racecourse by prior arrangement only
